Brigham Medical Clinic — Local services in Brigham City

So first off, I've never had a wait fewer than 45 minutes here. Secondly, I went in with my eye totally swollen shut and told David Wilding that I was sure it was due to a sinus infection that I'd been fighting for months. He told me that this was totally impossible and that my eye must be swollen from a bug bite. I tried to tell him that I'd looked it up online and that it was possible if my ethmoid was infected. He prescribed a steroid for the alleged bug bite. A week later I was in the ER with blinding pain, nausea, and dizziness. They gave me an MRI and found that my ethmoid sinus infection had indeed spread to my eye. If I'd waited longer to go in, it could have easily spread from eye to brain. I had to have surgery. I have permanent vision and nerve damage in that eye because a Google search yielded more information than an MD too...

This facility is very vague & shady. They act like they want to help you but in reality. They just want you to wait 45 minutes to be helped. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment. You will be waiting for ever. Then when you do you really have to sell yourself. Otherwise you won't get what you really need. The nurses aren't any help either. They make excuses to not do their jobs & just want to quickly get you out of their way. I've never had it easy working with this medical clinic & even the hospital is worse. They joke about your illness behind your back & honestly give you grief. Not going back to this clinic. Thanks for nothing. Like always. Seriously disappointing. Dr. Mathews Brought me into this world and has been my doc since day 1, he takes the time to listen and check out what's wrong but I've had several problems, my pharmacy had to personally ask my Doctor if one of my medicines was authorizes by him but he wasn't in and so I had to wait a week. After that week I called and could never get a hold of him, I left voicemails and I'm sure some of the secretary's left a memo, and never got nothing back so I just had to suck it up and Man up and suffer. Also the longest I had to wait for a Physical exam for sports was 55 minutes. A little exaggerating for a procces that took him less then 5 minutes to complete. Since that I...
