Purchased a dryer heating element for $65.00 only to find out it wasn't the heating element that was bad...I needed the thermostat set instead. Tried to return the element and they refused to give a refund because the element had been plugged in...two little prongs had been inserted into the dryer for 10 seconds...no damage, no scratches...nothing wrong with the part at all. He also quoted us a price of $45.00 for the thermostat set which can be purchased at amazon for $8.97 (Also found out you can purchase ALL 3 pieces...heating element and thermostat set for $30.42 with free shipping). I always try and support the small businesses and wouldn't have complained at all with paying $65.00 for the element to have my dryer working the same day...the complaint I have with this business is the customer service of not allowing returns on their merchandise. Next time I'll be patient and wait a few days...I'm now stuck with a $65.00 heating element I don't need but I am ordering the thermostat set from amazon instead of paying his price of $45.00. This place is ok if you are in a hurry for your part and don't mind paying 4X the price...just make sure it's...

Great at the work, worst customer service ever. He doesn't care about his customers in any way whatsoever! I have used him a few times because he does do good work and his rate is less than others in the area. But his attitude if anything goes wrong at all is unacceptable for someone of his skill, experience and for how long he has been doing it. Hard to recommend a business run by a person that is at least somewhat antisocial and borderline flat toxic with his attitude. Want good work and rates (except for parts, he does overcharge for those considering the margins) and if you don't mind him being rude to just crappy then he is great. I personally refuse to continue giving someone like that my money for any work or service....

First, this is my first review ever. Talked to someone at this business last Friday in ref to repairing a Kenmore dryer. The gentleman was very nice and stated there was a 45.00 service charge to diagnose. Fair enough. I told him I would bring it in. So, tried to drop off the following Wednesday and was greeted by an employee standing outside smoking. He ask if he could help me and I told him I was dropping off a dryer to be looked at. He stated they don't work on Kenmore products. When I told him I called and was told to bring it in, he said 'you didn't talk to me'. I then got in my vehicle and left. Terrible attitude and pathetic customer service! Would not advise using this business! Would give no stars...
