Very reasonable price at first for 2 units. However after 2 months the storage units prices jumped up by a lot. I recommend that you read your contract before you sign up. They can increase it however Robin and Tim are awesome. They will try to get it lowered for you by like 20-40 dollars. Everything helps! Robin and Tim are very understanding and I appreciate how they worked with me. They gave very reasonable timeframes and communication. I would say only rent these units short term like weeks because those price increases even with the 20-40 dollars off is very pricey and not worth the fees every month. Unfortunately, 0 stars is not an option, so they'll have to get 1 from me. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. This company will raise your monthly rental fee every other month, not by $15 or $20, oh no - $100 every single time!!! We have had this unit for less than a year and our monthly rate has been raised 3 times. Especially if you are on a budget, DO NOT sign up here, spend time and money moving all of your items, because you'll have an increase before you know it. They have false advertising promos for their new customers, but beware, that price will NOT last more...

Every three months they send out letters saying the units price is going up 100 dollars. The first time i switched to a smaller unit and they adjusted the price and three months later I get another letter saying my bill is going up from 107.00 dollars to 207 dollars. And the woman says we lowered your price last time and I don't know if they will do it again. They meaning the main branch So be very careful cuz they do this to everyone. My friend told me they did this and I didn't listen....
