3 stars for awesome bargains and a store that literally has anything you are looking for at a great price. - 2 stars for the rude staff at this location. The majority of the staff I have encountered here are unbelievably rude and in no way even try to hide it. The eye rolls, the clear disgusted tone of voice, and the blatant disinterest in assisting when asking for help is appalling. I thought maybe I just caught a few staff members after a negative staff meeting that kinda ruined their day or something. Well the chances of a negative staff meeting every time I shop here (usually once a week) are pretty slim. We all have rough days but c'mon, is it that horrible working there? Staff could use an inservice on courtsey and manners for sure. Prior to closing time at night someone gets on the loudspeaker starting 1 hour to close and announces "We will be closing in one hour..." Each time the volume used gets louder and her attitude gets nastier and nastier. Every 10 mins is kinda overkill to repeat the same message especially when we have to listen to it from the store disciplinarian! C'mon guys lighten up and smile...

I stopped in to just see what they had. I was not overly impressed with the merchandise this trip except for the selection of books they had. The kids book section was very well stocked. Walking around there was an obvious amount of organization of the items and everything was tagged with a price which is always good to see. The place was clean and well staffed. I would say while they had a decent selection all around everything was lower value items that I wouldn't consider purchasing. I did some price comparisons and the items I looked at were between $5 and $10 cheaper than elsewhere which was between 5% and 10% cheaper. Not many well named brands that I guess I was expecting to see and those well named brands looked to be full retail prices. Stopped by Ollie's today because I heard they have great rug deals and was not disappointed! The rugs are displayed nicely and organized by size. They have great displays with different sizes underneath. A lot did not have pricing but Rick was kind enough to price check everyone that I was interested in. They also sell the grippers to go under the rugs for only $29.99 which is half the price of Amazon. When I found the perfect rugs Rick was nice enough to wrap them up, carry them to the register and load them into my car. They also had fantastic deals on laminate and vinyl plank flooring, 50% less than what I just paid at Home Depot. You never know what you will find at Ollie's.
