This store is absolutely horrible. They had the exact Kitchen Aid refrigerator that we were looking for. I called them on Black Friday to make the purchase. I had one very simple question. This particular refrigerator has a known problem with freezing up if it has the older version of the ECU. I asked them to verify that this one has the newer (7.0) ECU as these no longer have the issue. The person who I spoke to was "95% certain" that it did, and he knew about the problem, but told me they would find out. I called the next day, and the next, and the next, every day until the delivery was scheduled the following Tuesday. All they had to do was run the diagnostic on the fridge, it takes a couple minutes. So Tuesday they cancel the delivery right before they were supposed to come. Not to mention I left work early to meet them. They never ran the diagnostic!!! Two days later, they tell me they ran it but couldn't determine the version. Meanwhile, I had spoken to several people at KitchenAid, as well as technicians, who said the process was simple. One technician even sent me the spec sheet and the instructions, which I offered to forward to the store, and they refused to take it. They explained to me that they are an appliance store and know what they are doing. What a joke! just the opposite is true. They either lied, and didn't bother running the diagnostic, or they did it wrong, or they knew all along that it's an older version that will not work for me. Any one of these scenarios is horrible! so now its seven days from my purchase, and I still have no answer, and no fridge! furthermore, I even offered to come myself and run the simple diagnostic, and they are refusing. something is very fishy. The woman on the phone this morning told me other stores wouldn't allow that. So, if I go to another store to buy a product, I can't verify that it works? They are unprofessional, and are definitely hoping that your appliance lasts just past the 60 day warranty. Please, go to ANY OTHER appliance store. I don't want what happened to me at this store to happen to...

1st of all, I dealt personally with the owner!! Raquel was FANTASTIC!!! Very personable, over accommodating! I had hard measurements I had to fit a fridge in, and she worked with me diligently to make sure I got what I needed, as well as what I wanted! The communication was awesome! She,"cares"!!! Which you can't say that often these days They provide delivery for a low price and the guys that delivered were professional and considerate! Definitely recommend this company!! The delivery process was smooth and easy. I got a notification when they were on their way. When rhey arrived, they got my old units out quickly, put them where I asked, and then got the new units in and installed in minutes. They were super nice, professional, quick and took all the garbage with them.
