Used to be 5 stars. I LOVE their coconut shrimp. They used to be consistently great. I get there are bad days. I'm actually pretty laid back. But, the last 5 orders or so were cold, took 75 minutes to deliver no matter what day. Missing dressing, salads, etc. And the worst part, is the food was STALE! Not "got cold". Rancid fryer oil, and the pizzas ovens need to be hotter because that's not how pizza is cooked. I got a chicken parm dinner that had the texture of being microwaved. Ingredients feel cheaper. I'm not a reactionary person, I never leave bad reviews. I used to order from this place 3x a week. It has not been the same in months. I'm not paying $40 for cold stale food that takes WELL over an hour for delivery, despite me being 1.5 miles away. I'm not talking friday night. This is every SINGLE time. But NOW with the consistently bad food, I'm done. If you told me that this place changed ownership recently, I would definitely believe that. Seems like they just don't care anymore. I guess I'll have to find a new place. I hate cooking and I'm very busy. I was spending $500 a month eating here. They lost that. There are worse places for sure, but going from my favorite restaurant to "great I'm starving but can't trust them" sucks and I'm disappointed. It doesn't seem like a bad day, or week. I ordered a chix bacon ranch grinder . The chicken tasted like it was cooked in over cooked oil. It had a taste that was not at all good. Im so hungry I can't seem to eat it. I also ordered a ceaser salad an instead of shaved parm cheese they put the powdered stuff on it. Also the wrap I ordered tasted funny tool. There was barely any ranch an There was no tom on the grinder. Also I asked for 2 sides of ranch an didn't get it. They also only gave me one fork so my boyfriend an I had to take turns sharing the fork. I also would like the say win I called the man was nice an was tetermind to get me my food. I am thankful cuz it was late an I just got out of work from a really busy day an only had cash on me. The door dash driver was amazing. She was kind an even let me know why it wS taking awhile. I never write reviews for anything but I needed to write this cuz I spent 43 doallers an hope this will help warn the next person from ordering from here cuz that is alot of money to spend win I had to throw all the food out. Why is the pizza so oily?? It is drooling oil with every slice from the bottom. Surprising and kind of gross. You will see in the photos how it looks after immediately picking up the first and second slice. Is the excessive oil a taste thing? It tastes okay, but nothing spectacular and definitely not anything more from the immense amount of oil. Good pizza, but very confused about the amount of oil. Enlighten me if I am not understanding.
