Subway — Restaurant in Bristol

Was just in there and spent over $70 on 6 sandwiches. When I said 6 the both of them I thought were going to fall over. I mean 6 is nothing! What do they do when lunch time hits? But the talking crap under breath, my daughter left with salami only and they were EASY orders. I even gave a great tip of $15 and she was ungrateful. Plenty of people that want to work can take their place. Sucky attitudes and yes I will be contacting manager in the am. Definitely not the service I got last time. And mind you I drove across town instead of the one 1 minute from my house, because of the service I got last time. Won’t be back to this location ever again! Update, it’s been almost a week and haven’t heard from manager like I was suppose to. Was told due to the services got would get a refund, was told he would remake sandwiches at no charge. Mind you total was $87 and change with tip. I called like 10 mins ago and was told that she called me back and I didn’t answer then I called her back and we played phone tag. I said is this her number he said no I said then SHE NEVER CALLED ME! And now she is Lying! HORRIBLE! You should NOT be an owner if you can’t be truthful and RUN A BUSINESS! Told him I would take review down once I heard back and was refunded. That isn’t happening so here is the update. Smh Back with another update! Spoke to her on the phone heard a lot of excuses and said she is going to coach them. Then said ok I will send you a voucher for the 6 sandwiches. I said ok. I mean it’s not like Outback spending $75 on great food, this is subs!! She sent me an expired voucher, I sent her a message saying it’s expired, no response, so I get home today and sent her a message saying that’s very unprofessional. I got a response with that. What’s not professional that I made a mistake with the date. I said no the NO response! To then I got this. This is her response. Honestly based off of your other google reviews it seems like unfortunately you’re never going to be a customer I can make happy. I’m sorry we are not perfect only human, thank you for your time 🤍 she is now blocked and I won’t be eating at subway again. Which is all good cause their prices are ridiculous anyway. Plenty of parking..place was clean..friendly and wasn’t too busy. Owner/Franchisee was there and was the one to build the sandwiches. Coupon users - heads up and this is why I gave a 4*..it says on the coupons that it Excludes the following: Sidekicks, Monster, MexiCali, Beast and Garlic Roast Beef…at this establishment and apparently the one on Farmington Ave (which told me I can get anything that’s not listed on the coupon) you are only allowed a choice of 5 sandwiches..Tuna, Turkey, Meatball, Veggie and another one…mind you, the Turkey Club is 12.49 for a footlong and say the outlaw is 13.49. His words were “we lose money if we don’t limit what people can get as far as steaks and chicken”….i get it, you’re in business..you have costs and overhead..but still, is $1 gonna break the bank..either way, good experience. Sandwich build - meatball..wanted untoasted, and was how I asked…could’ve used a bit more black olives, but no complaints. Turkey Club..same, was how I asked and came with a healthy portion of toppings. Chicken Footlong Sidekick - was good..one side seemed burnt while other side seemed uncooked…gave me a cup of honey mustard as asked (was told I could get another sauce or could get another one). I’ll go back again sometime to try again..I’m just never on that side of town…but there’s a ton of sandwich shops and delis in the area too. On a scale of 1-5…I’d say a 3.1 is about right for...

i just got a sandwich from there and had THE WORST service . i've never been disappointed in a subway before but the girl that did my sandwich kept on picking up the wrong ingredients after i kept telling her what i wanted, didn't cut the sandwich all the way, and didn't even try to close the sandwich! everything fell out into the wrapping and the mayo got everywhere ! there aren't even enough words to say how annoying this service was. how hard is it to do...
