My name is Kathleen and I am using my husband's phone right now because the Manager Aaron who is always helpful and full of jokes anyways he is charging my phone just to make sure it's back up and running super nice!..He helped me in so many ways today that he didn't have to ..We just lost our dog all my pictures of him recently are on there along with our kids and Christmas morning ect..Honesty that is all important BUT if I didn't have those pictures of my dog because I never used the cloud which now will SWEAR by I would be broken for the rest of my life ..He didn't have to help me the way he did today I could of just sent it in but AGAIN THIS MAN GOES OUT OF HIS WAY FOR MY FAMILY! I would recommend this store to people who not only want good customer service but, who are real people and understand life and why our phones are so important GO HERE! Aaron you Rock so does your team..Thank you more then my words...

Experience from Dec 2017: "Awesome, professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, sensible, reliable, time sensitive - Jessica helped me over 3 detailed sessions guiding me while picking the best phone that met my needs, explained why Russell's deal is better than best buy's, showed me the math, transferred end to end from my old phone, gracefully handled the situation when my new pixel 2 xl phone developed hardware issues and she replaced it patiently dealing with the transfers again. (just to be sure, the pixel 2 xl phone was a one off bad apple - no pun 😊, the phone and the Android OS is seriously next gen. Amazing piece of machine, esp when the price is just right).

Jessica is the kind of employee that would bring repeat customers to any business she works for. Great customer centric...

Update 9/19/20: This was my second time as a customer with this store and the service was again outstanding, this time thanks to Johnny!!! In my opinion the extra travel time is more than worth the drive!!! Just superior, thank you Johnny & Keisha for exceeding expectations for customer service & care!!!

This store has earned a new customer! I came to this store specifically because of a poor experience elsewhere and the fantastic reviews this store has earned. I experienced first hand those great reviews are all well deserved. Keisha the store manager listened, offered advice on possible options and answered all my questions. Professional, friendly, knowledgable and she provided the very best customer service from start to finish.
