I have had no problems with the store itself. When it comes to the Pharmacy I have had nothing but problems. The line Pharmacy line is always a million miles long because they do not have enough techs working. There is always some kind of problem picking up my medications which then causes you to wait on top of the time you just spent waiting in line. I have been given the wrong medications multiple times. Thank goodness I pay attention to what I am picking up. Just recently I almost died and needed to pick up medications on the way home from getting out of the hospital. The doctor called in my medications hours before I left the hospital. I get to the Pharmacy and none of them are ready yet. I am told it will be a short wait. Mind you I had just left the hospital after almost dying and I am still very ill. I ended up waiting three hours for my three medications. I was so I'll I could barely stand. I know how long it takes to fill a prescription for I did it for years when I worked at CVS Pharmacy. I at first loved Walgreens but it has gone down hill fast over the last few years. Read moreRating: 2/5 Stars (Service was friendly, but quality was unacceptable) I came to Walgreens specifically to get passport photos done. The staff were very nice and friendly, which is why I'm giving a 2-star rating instead of a 1. However, the quality of the resulting pictures was extremely poor. First Attempt Issues: I was told the photos were coming out too dark because "the sunlight was hitting too much." Second Attempt Issues: I returned at a different time when there was no direct sun, but the photos still had the same dark and very poor quality. So disappointing! The Problem: My frustration stems from the equipment. It seems the camera quality is outdated and unable to produce clear, properly lit, or professionally sharp photos. Suggestion: If Walgreens continues to promote passport photos as a service, the photo department urgently needs to update the camera equipment and lighting setup. I ended up going to a local Staples store, where the quality was amazing and professional, for the exact same price ($17.99). While your staff is excellent, the equipment failed the service. Please consider investing in better photography tools so customers don't waste time getting poor-quality...
Read moreI use to love this pharmacy, they always had my prescriptions ready right when i got there. Literally the same day my prescription was sent over, they would be ready. Now i get no calls, no texts letting me know when my prescription is ready. My doctor will send a prescription over to my pharmacy, and I’ll call and the automated system, it will say my prescription is in processing. I’ll call the next day it will say the same thing. I come into the pharmacy because i obviously can’t wait DAYS for my prescription to get filled. Every time i have came in recently my prescriptions are still not ready even though they were sent over days ago. The pharmacy tech tells me it will be a few minutes for them to get it together, and i end up waiting close to 30 min every time. I get being under staffed and not having enough people to get all the prescriptions done. But people can’t go days without getting the medication they need to live. It’s ridiculous. Either hire more help or shut down...
