Corner Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

Ordered a BLT grinder for pick up. Waited about 20-30 mins for it. When it came out, it was a BLT pizza, a mountain of lettuce on a Pizza. When I expressed my frustration they said It was my fault. Took no responsibility. I did not take the pizza, now out of food and $24.

As a response to owner comment below: The person on the phone did not repeat the order. Please review recordings if you have them. Not sure why you are saying this. I was very peaceful, did not make a fuss about anything. The comment of me angrily doing anything is completely false. I left the pizza and didn’t make any comments or gestures. I just left. I asked over the phone what sizes you have for the BLT, the lady said S,M,L. I didn’t order a “Large” BLT. Just said give me the biggest you have as I was sharing. You now want to make this right, after taking my money and giving me wrong food because it’s now public. No thank you, I’m okay.

Ps. I literally never leave comments good or bad experience. This was just unjust. Make it right for the next customer and I’m happy. Just...

I ordered pizza for delivery online and scheduled for delivery at 6:30, in addition I wrote in the comment sections to please have it delivered by 6:30. So Corner Pizza delivered the 2 large pizzas to my home at 5:35. "we weren't planning on eating till 6:30" When I called to complain the women whom answered the phone said to me "You wrote in by 6:30" I said to her that I would not be ordering for them again and she said sorry. Everything she said to me was in a very sarcastic voice. I called to talk to the owner the next day and he was just as rude and said I could go to whatever Pizza place I wanted. So I will and it certainly wont be Corner Pizza I can spend my money some place else that has good customer service as well as good pizza WORST CUSTOMER...

My friend and I ordered pizza and wing through door dash here and we never heard a doorbell, knock, or a phone call. Then LEFT the food at the front door. We didn't even know it was delivered until door dash told us moments later. So we called and complained because the pizza was cold and the wings were dry and nasty. The person that answered the phone asked if we wanted to talk to the driver and he stated "he knocked and called twice" 😒 🙄 we never heard a knock and had no missed calls..... but ok. I always ordered from here and told many it was a great place but that's going to change. You can't do shit like this and expect to get business. We people work hard for our money and would not like to waste it on shitty services. Have a day...
