Pavilion Restaurant — Restaurant in Bristol

The Pavilion restaurant is one of the best Italian restaurant on place to eat here in Bristol. The food is delicious, the workers are so sweet n kind work so hard . The owner's are amazing,kind ,good people work so hard to keep there costumers happy n make sure they are enjoying there dinner . The owner's even work so hard to keep there business going make sure they have everything ect .

What broke my heart week or so ago I was in the car with my mom we had order to pick up to bring to customer. We'll find out there was young lady who came n take that order she was so rude to the owner's saying some really mean thing . This all happened before we showed up I can see the anger n hurt all the workers had n the owner's. How worried about if the customer wants them to remake it or w.e we take on are be half to call are delivery customer service n let them know .

Ending was everything was fine we got this situation under control n everyone...

The staff is friendly, polite, and considerate. Relaxed atmosphere and bathrooms are quite clean. Cleaner than many others. Appears that the staff knows many customers as regulars. The pizza was not much to talk of. ( meatball & peppers) . Too doughy of a crust. And the mozzarella appears to be of low quality. Tried reheating at home in a 400 degree f. oven to attempt to crisp up a little. The cheese would just continue to melt and run excessive amounts of oil down to a cookie sheet at the bottom of the oven. The cheese just would not start to get those little burn spots and stiffen a bit. Just oozes and makes a big oily mess. The bottom crust remains floppy and doughy . Tried a couple other pieces at 375 degrees and 450 degrees with same results. I don't have experience with any other foods they offer, but I can say that anytime I drive by, they are always busy. Nice place . Hope they will improve...

Bought a steak grinder last night , got it home opened it and it was soggy and the meat was overdone, we called to complain and they said "we know how to make steak grinders, we make them all day" you don't get defensive at a customer when they feel the food is not right. I expected a little more than you telling us how good you are at making steak grinders, when we are calling to complain about a steak grinder. We never even got an "I'm sorry" They were promptly told that we will never buy from them again, still no apologies, screw them , my advice is to go to corner pizza next to AutoZone or go to Bristol pizza on West street, they actually listen to their customers and take appropriate measures to keep their customers happy , pavilion does not. Just thought I would warn people that the complaint department is never open at pavilion , signed former customer...
