We went here on a whim because we heard how unique this place is. When you first get here, they scan your credit/debit card and give you a wristband. You scan the wristband to order food from the computer or go to the wall of taps to pour your drink.
It's a little cumbersome at first to figure out the drinks. Although, thankfully, there was plenty of staff to help you navigate the whole process. It may be easier the more you do it.
You scan your wristband on the sensor next to the wine, beer, or liquor tap you want and turn the tap to open. You get charged by the ounce. My wife wanted a vodka soda and wasn't that quick on the tap and ended up with a pretty stiff drink.
After you pour your alcohol, you can walk to the other end to get your ice and soda for your drink. I would start with the ice and soda, the go to the taps to top it off. The soda is free for the alcohol but they have the honor system if you are only dinking soda/pop/water.
To order food, you need to walk up to a computer and tap on the selection you would like. The only thing is that there is not really a way to add/delete a lot of items off food choices other than pizza. We ordered a salad and wanted the dressing on the side. The staff member told us to order it without dressing and they will bring it out. Well, of course, we had to ask a staff member to get us some dressing for the salad before we got it. But it's not that big of a deal.
I got a meatball pannini, and my wife got the eggplant stack. Both were really good. The pannini comes with fries. Our friends ordered a small pizza and the philly pannini. They raved about how good it was. I have no complaints about the food. Everything coming out looked really good.
The food comes to the table fairly quickly, but you are not rushed. One good thing is that you should never have a messed up order because you are the one who is doing the ordering. One nice thing as well is that if you want something else, you won't need to wait for a server. You just walk up and get another drink or order more food.
I would tell you not to be intimidated by the ordering process of ordering food. The food is really good and there are plenty of friendly staff around to help you to make sure you get...
Read moreUtter and complete chaos. If that’s your vibe, you’ll love it here. It’s the most bizarre concept. I’m still trying to figure out why anyone would find it appealing. You walk in and wait in a line to start a tab and get a wrist band. You’re assigned a table. If you’re with a group who are each paying their own way, you better arrive at the same time. The staff couldn’t figure out how to assign a table to our tab after it was assigned to others in our party. That was a 15 minute process. Navigating towards the wall of beverages…oh boy. You better have studied the manual before arriving. It was crowded, and no patron knew what they wanted to drink. So it’s essentially a crowd of adults looking, reading, discussing, and deciding. Then after that, it’s all about figuring how to scan your wrist band while turning a tap and pouring a beer…cider…or liquor. And liquor lovers, your options are limited and you’re mixing your own drink. Forget the citrus, the accompaniment, and the cocktail straw. Not here. $16 for 2 Oz. of Buffalo Trace and I had to mix it myself. Okay, so now we’re basically 30 minutes into our visit and we haven’t even thought about food. We’re guzzling our drinks because that was a stressful start. After perusing the menu, you need to get back up and stand in another line to order your food from a kiosk. Unless you have a degree in quantum computing, you better hope there’s a Gen Z staff member standing by to help. You need to open another tab. Scan your wrist ban, again. Then order. If you like to customize or have special requests…ha! Good luck. The food runners do just that. They run food. Don’t ask them questions. It’s not their job. The food wasn’t bad. We had a deluxe pizza and classic Antonio’s special salad. Both enjoyable. Bottom line, this concept is not for me, not for my family, and not for my friends. I can’t think of a scenario where...
Read moreHighly recommend this place! Large variety local beer wine and a few Bourbons to try variety and size. One thing that sets this place apart is the fact that they are what is known as a self-serve restaurant the only thing that you don't do is have the food brought to your table the employees do that but you do go up to a computer station and order your food the way you want it how you want it customized or you can pick from already made menu items. The other thing I find fantastic about it is that they offer a gluten-free menu as well with certain items. There are some vegetarian items as well although the menu is not super huge in that area. It's a fantastic place to stop in if you do not want to go to Cleveland and deal with the people and the packed restaurants before a game. It is on the way if you come from Southern Ohio. The third thing I found fantastic about this place was not only the huge parking lot that is free with plenty of parking they have a wonderful patio area with two weatherproof TVs and a cover for when it gets slight and climate whether there is also a nice fireplace to sit by to drink and socialize. And to boot the manager there did come to the floor and was talking to customers and asking their thoughts and what could be improved and you don't find that at too many places anymore so it made a real impact and experience. They do offer a party reservations for large parties and groups. And it could pretty much fit anybody's budget. As far as the dining experience. So if you're ever up in the Broadview heights area definitely go check this place out!!! I can tell you I will be going...
