Wish I could give this place 0 stars, Iâve never been to this location before but I used to love the one in BA on Hillside Dr. My roommate went to go get us some froyos on 10/12, she did get there 5 minutes before 9 (closing time) but still. Mind you neither of us have been to Cherry Berry in years. She went to make her own cup of frozen yogurt and she saw that they only had 4-5 flavors of FROZEN YOGURT. Everything else was sorbets and gelato which is odd because I couldâve swore Cherry Berry was a frozen yogurt bar but thatâs not the point. She went ahead and got the best sounding flavor and then proceeded to get the toppings. The toppings come out super fast so she got way more toppings than she even wanted. She then left her bowl at the cash register to be weighed and then went to make me a bowl and the woman working said âum maâam weâre closedâ and my roommate kindly let her know that she was aware, she was just trying to get another bowl real quick. The woman continued to say âweâre closed, you canât do that, I SAID WEâRE CLOSED!!!!â My roommate decided the second cup wasnât worth arguing with this extremely rude woman over so she just went back to the register to weigh her bowl and pay. The total came out to be almost $17 for a flavor she usually wouldnât choose and 3/4 a bowl of toppings and my roommate said that she no longer wanted it and the woman said âwell you canât just have it for free so you have to pay for itâ My roommate told her that she didnât want the bowl at all because she had no intentions of spending almost $20 on one cup of froyo and that the worker could dispose of it. The woman working snapped back at her saying it doesnât matter, that she filled the bowl with everything so now she MUST pay for it, that she couldnât leave the store until it was paid for. My roommate tried to reason with her and then just decided sheâd rather be out $17 than spend one more minute of her time talking to this spiteful woman. Weâve tried calling the store multiple times and their phone number on google just doesnât work. Watching us and correcting everyone over tedious things that were not necessary. Itâs the fact she was so rude and rolling her eyes. I had my little girls. I was trying to help one and quickly realized my other kiddo had reached up and overfilled her bowl and she immediately said I have to buy it. As I was getting toppings it always comes out too fast and I went to dump out the excess and she said I canât do that and had to buy EVERYTHING that went into my bowl. I miss cherry berry, how it used to be a year ago it was different. The workers were happy and nice and full of life. now this place is somewhere I donât want to be, and wonât spend another of my dollar at. if thereâs any worst ice cream place in Tulsa, it goes to this one. there was hair in my yogurt when it was coming out of the machine.
