So I had a pawn loan that was due to be paid on the 8th of the month, But they do not allow online payments and I was out of town. I didn't want to lose my item so I called and spoke with Rudy at the pawn shop and he said he would hold it for me until the 15th until I returned to town and I could come in and make my payment. I asked him twice so you won't put it up for sale and he said no you're fine I'll put a note in the account. I actually got back into town a ,but when I went into the pawn shop they already had my item on the display for sale. I asked the guy help me who Rudy was And he said I am Rudy. I said I spoke to you about a week ago and you said you would put a note in it wouldn't be up cell and I will be in to make my payment and he said yes I remember that and I do see a note he said I don't know why it's out there for sale. So instead of correcting the problem that was caused by their mistake I had to put my own item in layoway and I'm paying on it now and it's going to cost me about 200 extra dollars to get my item back. Everyone I have dealt with at that location is very nice and helpful but I worked in customer service before and they should have corrected the issue caused by their miscommunication, but they offered no...
Read moreOverpriced items for sale they refuse to go down on any of their prices. Pawning there is even more of a joke, if you take a 2000 dollar item in be ready to be insulted by them telling you they will give 60 for it. It is the worst pawn shop in the world. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is the only ez pawn that acts like this, there are many others in Tulsa that respect you, your items and your time. They will give you normally top dollar for your items. This one located in broken Arrow doesn’t give a care about you or your items. They just want items to sell for a higher price. Trust me, this ez pawn is the worst place in the world to go too. If this was corporate owned, I’m shocked they haven’t shut this...
Read moreWhen I went to the EZ-Pawn at 8th and Utica to pawn an electric guitar and amp (together, they're worth about $1,000) earlier today, they told me that they would only give me $35 for both items!! I IMMEDIATELY left and went to the EZ-Pawn in Broken Arrow and the woman named Jody said $200 and that she couldn't believe that the other location wouldn't go any higher than $35. If I could, I would rate the Broken Arrow location and it's employees way more than just 5 stars. (Jody and her boss with pink hair, who I unfortunately didn't get the name of) Thank you both SO MUCH for not treating me like an idiot like the employee at 8th...
