I eat here at least 2 times a week. The food is good, the customer service…

it’s always questionable.

This morning I waited in drive through line for 13 minutes. I would have waited longer if I needed to. What I didn’t appreciate….

Once I got to the window to pick up my food they told me they couldn’t take my CASH. The lady at the window was holding my breakfast burrito in her hand as I was trying to give her cash.

She was like, “Oh did I forget to tell you no cash? I’m sure you have a card.”

As a matter of fact I don’t and didn’t have a card. I took cash and ran out the door for breakfast. It was completely RUDE to make me wait in a drive through line for a burrito they never planned to sell me as a CASH paying customer.

I love supporting local but this is extremely RUDE. I left and went to Jack in the Box. No, not the same quality but it saved me money and time. I’m tired of the people who work there constantly getting things wrong and being rude. The food is good but I don’t like my side of mishaps. Too many choices to put up with bad customer experiences over and over again.

Don’t make anyone wait 15 minutes for their food and THEN tell them you don’t cash. That wastes resources and time!

Update: I had a $20 bill and EXACT change. She would have needed $10 and in all honesty, she could have given me an IOU even a gift card for the change and I’m ALWAYS eating there. The point is she didn’t even try. Just couldn’t believe I couldn’t pay with a card. I gave her PLENTY of chances to find a solution and she just didn’t care. Waiting for 15 minutes to be treated that… I can think of better ways to...

My boyfriend took me here for the first time today, and IT. WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! He was telling me about how big the burritos are, like the size of your forearm, and he did not lie!!!! If you like a damn well rolled burrito too, this will be your favourite place!!!! First bite that I took had an absolute perfect ratio of filling to tortilla! Most places I’ve had burritos from the first bite you take always has so much tortilla and it’s usually not that great of a tortilla in the first place. However, Catrina’s has some of the best tortillas I’ve ever had!!! And that’s just about the damn tortilla! Don’t even get me started on all the layers of flavor there are!! I got the T-Town breakfast burrito with sour cream and medium salsa and WOW it’s absolutely amazing how many flavours you get and honestly I could go back and get the hot salsa because the medium had such a mellow spice to it I’ll definitely be kicking it up!! Hands down the biggest and best burrito I’ve ever had in my life!!!

Also, we went through the drive through, but I’m hoping the next time we go we are able to dine-in because the place looked so beautiful and they even have an outdoor area to sit at too!!!

I was excited to learn that there is this new location in Broken Arrow. I was hoping that they could have located on a location in the Rose district. Now almost everywhere I go in the metro area has a location nearby! Today was a good day to stop by and try my favorite meal; the birria tacos! Right away this location has some nice things like the parking lot and the outside seating area. As I ordered, the personnel seem very engaged and working diligently. I was surprised to see that there is no salsa bar, they now ask what you want, the kind of salsa etc… I was hoping to see the salsa bar instead. After I ordered I did go check the bathrooms. They were clean and nicely decorated.

At last! My food arrived! My plate had all the garnishes like onions and carrots already as well as limes. I had to pause for a moment and just stare at what I was going to eat! They were awesome!

This location really met all expectations, I have very minor observations. The Salsa bar is missing. Question, would you guys ever offer a birria plate? I love the tacos but it would be great to be able to enjoy birria...
