My wife and I just had the absolute WORST retail experience we have ever had in this store! The old lady working there was extremely rude and condescending! We went in to have her ring checked for her warranty and we seem to have misplaced the paperwork, we have spent days trying to find it and my wife has extreme anxiety. We called and the gentleman said they have digital records and could easily make a new warranty sheet for us, but this old lady acted like it would be nearly impossible to find out, and only took my information to check because I pushed her. She made fun of how dirty my wifeâs ring was and said âyou might need to leave it overnightâ and laughed! We canât be the first people to have lost paperwork, she was absolutely the most rude and condescending woman Iâve ever dealt with in retail! Oh, and guess what? She wouldnât give us another warranty ring check form! So we got absolutely ZERO help from that woman! I hope, if I ever decide to set foot in a Moodyâs again, that I never see her face behind the counter!    Read moreAbsolutely awful! I got a $1000 gift card a few years ago as a gift. I had been planing on buying a 5K engagement ring for my girlfriend. I made a big deal about it and brought my girlfriends daughter with me to help pick it out. I unsealed the UNMARKED envelope and there was my gift card with an expiration date! The store wouldnât do anything. Said they already âwrote it offâ and offered me $30 off $1000 earrings đĄ.
How was I supposed to know there was an expiration date if it didnât say it on the outer envelope! What an absolute joke!

After two weeks I got the call it would be even longer. I didnât have it for Motherâs Day, which was a hard day for me since Iâve just lost a baby. My husband asked for a discount for the long wait and inconvenience, they said no. The only reason I even went here was because it was on my way and I thought I would try a more local place, will not be going to this Moodys ever again....
