Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

Ordered two pizzas for delivery- one cheese and one pepperoni. Apparently Little Caesars outsources their delivery to Door dash even when you order through the LC website. Food was supposed to deliver within 30-45 minutes, but was slightly delayed due to the store being busy. No biggie, but then the driver delivered the order to the wrong address. When I called to follow up my call was routed to DoorDash who apologized, but would only offer a refund within a few days. Refused to replace the order or do anything to help facilitate me actually getting food today that I ordered. So I looked up the direct number for the store itself and explained my issue to them. The person who assisted me offered to cancel the original order at the point of sale so that the refund was returned immediately; however, if I wanted my food that I had ordered for delivery over an hour prior, I had to drive to the store myself and pay for the remade order. I didn't want to be a Karen, but I didn't think it was right for me to have to pay full price and drive there for my order when the order error was not on my end. They ended up offering some free crazy bread, which I expected, but truth be told I think the order should have been comped. Yet I did go pick it up, paid for the food, and when I got home the order wasn't even right. Now I have no pizza for half of my group because they do not eat pepperoni. (I realize I probably should have doubled checked the order before I left the store, that's on me I guess. I just assumed with all the other hassle that this part would have been thoroughly checked on their end before they handed them over.)

If I could give zero stars I would 1000x!!! Pls do not eat here the food , quality and service was atrocious!!!!! To say the absolute least!! I did an online order and my husband picked it up but when I saw the pizza it was so bad I had to return it! It was so soggy with red sauce in some areas and dry crispy and burnt in others. The ugliest looking pizza I have ever saw and i promise this is not even an exaggeration. The cheese slices from the “slice and sticks “ was so hard to even pull apart. And I just want to take the time to talk about that Caucasian lady in the back that seems to be the “manager “ who treated me horribly. When I asked for my money back she told me “I was going to offer to remake it for you as well but if your going to BE NASTY ABOUT IT THEN IM NOT REMAKING NOTHING “ she really thought she was tough but I can see right through the act. She was not intimidating nobody !!!! As much as she really tried. Kept referring to me as “that lady” and kept hearing her bad mouth me to her workers in the back who just need good leader to teach them how to make a good pizza she was back there making pizzas with out a glove and also rolled her eyes at an old lady all while I was there. Pls do not waste your time and money here. This all happened today 11/04/2025 @3:30 pm and if you know this lady’s name pls let me know she has short blonde hair in a pony tail and blue eyes. I asked another worker for her name he said “uuhhhhhh Jennifer ???” So I doubt he gave me her real name. Called corporate and they have a case on her already. It was lunch time 12 noon. You already know it's going to be busy I was expecting that, not a problem. When I got there one gentleman was sitting down waiting and there were three people in line, no one is at the cash register or the counter you see one employee he is working his ass off. Poor guy! He was running back and forth on the pizza oven & boxing up pizza. Ok he is the only one there and he is doing what he can do as one person my problem is.. You already know you're going to be busy at lunch time where are the rest of the employees? why don't you have pizza already made up?they usually do.. So now this one guy has probably boxed up 10 pizzas. so he comes up to the counter now I figured he was going to start handing the pizzas out, but no. He asked the lady at the counter her order and she tells him what she needs she gets her stuff and she goes the next lady the same, finally the guy that sitting down gets up and the person in front of me she's up at the counter and I'm looking at this guy like have you not ordered? he said "no I was here before all them,"so I said go ahead of me. This guy doesn't say thank you or anything. Ok oh well some people. That jerk took the last two pizzas now I have to wait again.. OMG lol.. it took me 30 minutes to get one 🍕. what a mess!! but I'll be back, Just not at...
