Joe is by far one of the best drillers I have seen. Wife is super helpful and knowledgeable!

Been bowling since I was 8, took some time off. (22Years) Daughter started bowling. We went to 5 places to have her drilled, got it done at two different places, and she still wasn’t comfortable. Joe watched her bowl, did his wizardly magic and also help instill confidence in her to throw the new ball we got her. She loves her new ball and really likes how nice and personal he was in helping her. (Just like my driller did as a kid) she wants to work on the drills he showed her because he really seem to care.

On top of all that took the time to answer all my questions I had about new balls and equipment. People like him make this a great sport!

Terrible customer service, I brought a bowling ball the was giving to me as a gift (brand new no hole drilled) to be measured and drill to fit my hand, that was the worst decision I could have made, after the employee measured my hand and drilled the initial holes I tested them and the hole made for my ring finger was way too small I brought this to the clerks attention and he shaved the hole and gave it back to me I tested it again and still way too small I handed the ball back and said the hole was still too small the employee again he barely widened the hole and handed back to me, the hole was still too small I told him this and he replied that’s how it’s supposed to be and it was fine, I paid and left used the ball at my local lanes and as I feared the hole for my ring finger is too small and I now can’t use this ball without risk of injury. I highly recommend finding a different pro shop to have your bowling...

I wanna start by saying that Joe was the friendliest, knowledgeable, and professional person I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with at any pro shop. I stopped in to have a new bowling ball fitted and drilled and he treated it with urgency and respect. Within about 20 minutes, he had measured and drilled the ball and it was perfect. In addition, I had mentioned off hand that I had an older ball that had been damage due to living in a garage and Joe told me to bring it in and he'd look at it. After seeing it for a minute he assured me he could get it repaired and looking like new. I left it overnight and sure enough you can't even tell there was any damage to it.
