Roses Discount Store — Local services in Brook Park

Bathroom is filthy. Today amost all out if toilet paper and ran out of soap. And horribly filthy. Not acceptable. So not much has changed. Normally I love going to Rose's. However today, in Brookpark Ohio a cashier chose on multiple occassions to yell into her loudspeaker. In the little over five minutes I was there she did this three times. I do have a disablity when it comes to my ears and it is very painful for someone like me. It blows out my eardrums. I was planning on doing more shopping today. But chose two items and left. Please talk to this employee as it is not necessary to yell loudly into the loudspeaker. I tried nicely to say something to her but she just gave me a dirty look. I am a regular customer there. I think she is new or does not know...

Cleaner and more organized than most of the other Roses locations.

While this is a cheaper goods store to be entirely honest I would refer to this chain as 'the ghetto store' as the one in Akron was incredibly ran down and dirty and just gave you a ghetto feeling about it.

This Roses location however... Absolutely fantastic!

Most of the employees are wonderful and helpful. There was only one male associate that wasn't too nice.

Decently organized and stocked asiles. Could use a bit more attention to keeping up on aisles and cleaning but all around much better experience than I'm use to with the Roses...

If you are actively working, please have your light actually on!! Some of us have the courtesy to patiently wait until called because if your light is off, we assume that’s your last customer for the day or you’re going on break. Meanwhile we wait, other customers come out of nowhere and you take them like the rest of us out invisible!!! That was so annoying, and that’s the type of things that make me stop shopping at certain places!!! At least let the customers know to wait in line if you’re light is off, that you’re taking next in line only!!! It’s not...
