Store was empty aside from us, one other customer and the rest appeared to be employees given the chatter and whatnot. We went to checkout with what decent we could find (most is def overpriced poshmark stuff like other reviewer said-$9 for a walmart No boundaries tank top?!?!!), only to be straight up ignored by the staff member walking around with what looked like an inventory list who just didn't tell any of the workers chatting around that people were at checkout with a bunch of items propped up there waiting... we waited at least 5 minutes before my dad was getting antsy and upset and we just put the stuff back after counting down another minute and walked out. The good: the clothes smell better than the averege thrift store and the store is clean.
The bad: No longer a location I would visit/ worth a drive. Has gotten more expensive than buying new clothes. They must be overcharging for the days they have sales or their usual 25% off.. I feel bad for the people who think they are getting deals, but don't do their research.
Some examples I saw at the store included: A dress that is online for $33 is sold at the store for $45. A Steve Madden coat for $50 that is $40 new at Ross store(recently saw it too)... Columbia coat with ugly burnt fur for $30( Gabes discount store has Columbia for around the same price and new) sweatshirts for $25.... cut out tags of shein for 10-12$... I was...

Very glad to have found this store, because I was getting so tired of shopping at the big-name thrift store chains in Cleveland. Normally I’m leaving those places with one or two items, whereas at Common Threads, I filled up...
