Won't be going here again. I had a coupon for 7.50 for a medium sandwich limit of 2. I told them on the phone when ordering that I had this coupon and that I wanted to use it for the 2 sandwiches. They said ok. I arrived and they tried to tell me it was going to be 17.98 or something. Then I said with the coupon?? They guy said yes... what?? Then I said here is the coupon. The guy takes it and scans it only one time. I don't go to mr. heros barely ever so I assumed this was ok. Then the cashier tells me its going to be 16 something. I have lived in Wisconsin for the last 8 years and I missed Mr. Hero!
Now that I have returned to N.E Ohio I am OVERJOYED that I can eat delicious Roman Burgers without driving 400 miles
I arrived right when they unlocked the doors so I knew they would need extra time to finish setting things up before they would be able to make my order.
The person working was a delight!! So well spoken and thoughtful! I could tell he was concerned that I would get upset that my meal would take a little longer but I assured him I understood.
But let me tell you. The extra 5 or 10 minutes I waited was WORTH IT. OMG 😲 so so so good. Getting those waffle fries fresh out of the basket cooked in fresh oil was perfect.
This will be my GO TO Mr. Hero

Order online and came to pick it up they said my transaction is pending not going to go through I said they took it out of my account they avoid me and so I ordered it again paid for for it than he came to me and said hey we got ur online order I said can I get a refunded than seeing how I paid again he than told me no . To connect chat service I did and some guy name Tim said to go to the store. Top it off I wanted medium sandwiches and got small sandwiches so I paid close to 60 dollars for 2 sandwiches...
