Solid Gold Lounge — Restaurant in Brook Park

Started going here earlier this year because I moved basically down the street. I thought the service was pretty decent usually but the bartenders always complained a lot about how toxic management is because there always firing people and making others quit. Today I seen why… someone had just got fired so unbeknownst to me when I came in I was being served my a Patron! I didn’t know until the owner herself came in and took over. Her customer service was totally lack luster and she was kind of mean. I was there last night on Saturday the 12th a February about 7:45_ 8:00 and I was watching the bartender have people walk behind the bar that did not work they're bringing dishes and other stuff isn't that against the law cuz you're not covered by your insurance of the bar they also can steal from you your money your tips your drinks I will not be going back to their establishment for a long time and because it started to say something to somebody and they told me to mind my own business if I'm a paying customer you would want me to help protect your business besides...
