We tried savvy sliders on their second day open because I was so excited to try the menu and couldn’t wait. We pulled in and the drive-through was very long. I guess Brook Park is excited to have a fun new place to eat! We walked in and there were lots of people, but the line to order wasn’t long and there were some open tables. ordering was easy, but deciding was not! Everyone was so friendly and enthusiastic. The dining room was clean and bright. Their slogan is ‘worth the Wait’- No lie here. Most places have a lot of kinks at the beginning, but it seemed like the only one was the wait for food. Good things come, though, right?! I got a combo with the boom chicken and the original savvy. I also added the house blend seasoning to the fries. It reminded me a lot of red robins fries, the blend was good not too salty. My chicken sandwich was cooked well had a nice sturdy bun and a blob of boom sauce. I would’ve liked a little more sauce or a piece of cheese, but the sandwich was good. with a piece of chicken that small would be very easy to overcook and dry out, but that was not the case here. my savvy burger was fantastic. The onion pickle and mustard really gave this an exciting flavor that I loved. I can’t wait to try some of the other burgers. Though it took a minute, our food was fresh and hot! My parents liked their meals and my husband said the chicken tenders were good. We also liked the cheese curds. The breading had a little kick to it and they were tasty! Everyone was working hard as a team and very accommodating. A manager named Mark was in the dining room the whole time talking with guest, thanking them for coming, helping out at the register, etc . that kind of visibility at the beginning goes along way to new customers. I also love that they’re open late. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend savvy sliders.

Edit: went back on Saturday and Sunday just to test them out. I do stand by Friday's review below. On Saturday, the line was less busy, it only took a half an hour to get my food. The quality of the food wasn't as good as it was on Friday. The fries were overcooked. And we did not like the cod either. It had a very fishy taste. On Sunday the lobby was closed, we were told it was because too many people who had ordered online did not come to pick up their food and that they were a bit overwhelmed by all the orders. Needed to stay in the drive-thru, which took over a half an hour to get through. When we receive the food I had to check to make sure they had the right order and it took three times for them to actually get it right. Got home less than 5 minutes later and the fries and onion rings were cold and I had to microwave my sliders so that they were at least warm enough to eat. I do have great hopes for this restaurant, yet they do need to work on their quality and service.. Went to Savvy Sliders in Brook Park on opening Friday. While the line was long, Mark the GM, handled everything perfectly. He kept people informed, passed out free food and coupons for people with really long weights, and generally just made the atmosphere hospitable. The food was really great as well. All in all a great opening weekend experience, and we will definitely be back again.

I gave 4 stars but it’s more of a 3.75. We decided to try this place today and overall was pretty solid. Online ordering could be a little better. Wasn’t able to add a side of toast or a kid’s meal via online ordering. I also wish you could add just a single tender or there was a box combo for 2 sliders and 1 tender. I Got 2 sliders 2 tenders fries and a drink for about 15$. The ribeye steakhouse slider was amazing 10/10 but the original savvy was really really small for the price and terribly overcooked, it was like a hockey puck. Wish I had just gotten two of the steakhouse one. Spicy tenders were good. Breading is great and the chicken is good quality, they are quite spicy! I would like to try regular next time to compare. If you were curious the savvy sauce is not like Canes. I was kinda hoping it would be lol. Was more almost like a tangy french dressing but it grew on me and is pretty good! House seasoned fries were good, could be a little crispier but thats personal preference. Toast needs some garlic butter maybe? It was pretty dry and bleh. I wish they had more sides like slaw or something fresh and light like salad or veggies to break up the heaviness of everything. Overall pretty good though! I would come back for the ribeye sliders, regular tenders and fries. Milkshakes were kinda pricey but maybe try one one day.

Savvy sliders is not just a restaurant, its a mindset. Lets list out my characteristics before I went to Savvy Sliders: poor, broke, ugly, stupid. Now lets list our my characteristics after leaving Savvy Sliders, filthy rich, devastatingly good looking, the next Einstein, nonchalant, humble, excellent, amazing, and many MANY more. And there is just one person to thank for this newfound greatness that exudes out of me: Cashier Keerthana. Cashier Keerthana is not only the most 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓀𝓎 person I know, but also the most talented, hardworking, and dedicated person on this planet. The 5-star Michelin quality chicken with its satisfyingly crunchy crimson exterior protecting the decadently soft and supple porcelain meat inside is simply to DIE for. And who gave me this most excellent dish? None other than, CASHIER KEERTHANA. Cashier Keerthana goes above and beyond. She represents all that Savvy Sliders stands for. My gratitude and love for Cashier Keerthana bears too much of a burden on my soul, and so I have written this poem to show my appreciation towards her:

In Savvy Sliders, where flavors thrive, Keerthana shines, a culinary guide. With deft hands and a welcoming smile, She crafts delights that ignite a smile.

Buns toasted to a golden hue, Fillings that dance with flavors true. From classic chicken to veggie delights, Her creations soar to culinary heights.

Each slider served with love and care, She makes each meal a tasteful affair. Her skill in serving, unmatched finesse, Makes Savvy Sliders a place to bless.

Keerthana, a maestro in her domain, Her passion for food, a vibrant refrain. In every bite, her dedication rings clear, For she serves not just food, but joy sincere.

So here's to Keerthana, our culinary star, At Savvy Sliders, she shines afar. With every slider, a story told, Of friendship, flavors, and hearts of gold

Thank you for allowing me the time and opportunity to show my sincerest of gratitudes to the honored one: Cashier Keerthana. May she forever be blessed, and ALL HAIL SAVVY SLIDERS...

My wife and I were excited to try Savvy Sliders for the first time earlier tonight, but that excitement quickly vanished after our experience. We placed a $40+ pickup order at 8:30pm through their online ordering system. It said the order would be ready in about 15 minutes.

We get to the restaurant and pull up to the speaker around 8:45pm and are told it’ll be a wait and for us to pull in a parking spot. No problem, we don’t mind waiting. 15 minutes go by and it’s 9:00pm, which is the closing time of the restaurant, still no sign. Couple minutes later and they bring the order out. When they handed the bag over to us, it felt pretty light for all the food we had ordered, but I gave them the benefit of doubt and thought I’d check. We found 5 sliders and a fry missing which is half the order. Also, the fries we did receive were unseasoned even though we ordered seasoned.

First, they insisted they gave us the box of missing food and I happily opened both boxes in front of them to show them they weren’t there. Next they say they’re closed now and can’t remake the food and can’t refund us either and hands us some coupons. He told us “he doesn’t mean to be an ass but if we want a refund that we’d have to come back tomorrow”. Sadly, this place isn’t near us so we have to waste more gas tomorrow, but this was for sure a one and done. I can’t imagine we’ll ever attempt to eat here again. I just want my money back.

Of the food we did receive, the fries were unseasoned despite ordering seasoned, the chicken was overcooked/dry/inedible, and the burger slider was missing cheese. The fish slider was decent I’ll say. We ended up throwing away the rest.

I didn’t mind the wait if the food was correct and decent, but for them to send us away without any reasonable solution, just disappointment and frustration, makes me never want to come back. If you value your time and money, please don’t come here. Even if we had just walked away with a refund it would have avoided this...
