Furniture City Outlet — Local services in Brookhaven

I ordered furniture from this store. It came with water damage and I told them to return the furniture and I wanted my money back. After going into the store 3 times and calling every other day. The manager will not call me back for a refund. I’ve been speaking to a nice representative that have been trying to help. But his manager will not call me back to process my refund. I was willing to purchase something else but now with the bad service I’ve received I will not ever buy anything from this store. The manager will not call you back or help you get an issue resolved. I was going to furniture my whole house with this company but the manager is horrible. No call back in three weeks. I’ll be seeking legal advice to see how I can get my money back for furniture I don’t have...

DO NOT SHOP HERE. These people are extremely dishonest & will say anything to make a sale. My bf & I went in looking for a bedroom set. They originally said the one we wanted was in stock & could be picked up two days later (it was a Sat, they said we could get it Mon), called that Monday only to find out it wasn't available. They said then that they would deliver it the following Tuesday & we were okay with that. Called them that day only for them to say it’ll be at least another week+. We requested to cancel it and receive a refund & they are refusing to do so. We are disputing it with the bank now but to avoid the headache, DO NOT GO HERE..they will take your money & give you the run...
