Pollo Campero Buford HWY — Restaurant in Brookhaven

By far one of the worse places ever. The food comes FROZEN. The owner is very rude and unprofessional to say the lease. She has a horrible attitude thinking that just because she owns the place she can do whatever she wants with her poor staff that has to put up with her and the clients just because they paid for food. I have seen many times how people ask for their money back all due to this lady's horrible manners. She once tried to get a guy that already paid for his food and was eating out of a booth all because the lobby was full and she came demanding him to get out just because her the owner was demanding him to. She doesn't care at all about anyone but herself and is really unprofessional, if there is something on her mind she doesn't care to share it with everyone including the clients. I went there on Monday because I was waiting on someone and was starving. It was the closest restaurant I had, I normally don’t eat that kind of food but it was ok. When I finished to eat there was a lady -who seemed to be in her break who told other one to clean the table I was eating as if I wasn’t there. While the lady that was commanded to clean and I seemed comfused because I WAS STILL SIT THERE, I told her I was waiting on someone and basically that’s why I was there and she just kicked me out as if I was an indesirable animal. I’ve never felt more mistreated by a customer service individual. This was an experience that made my evening. First I ordered 2-3pc dark by fried & grill. The fried had a unique crispy to it. Very Good 10/5. The grill was highly season not salty 10/5. I had 2 sides corn salad and Campero beans 10/5. Then I went back for 2 empanadas 10/5. It came with a sauce which was Good. But it wasn't needed 10/5. There's no way you should compare Pollo Campero to any other chicken joint or fast food. They will blow them away. I suggest those who read this visit Buford Hwy for the same experience.
