My husband and I bought our home a year ago. It was never leveled properly when it was set up. Our agent, who longer works there, quit shortly after we closed. We have tried to get someone out here to fix the issues. I am always told by Keith the office manager he will call us back and he never does. The marriage seam is separated and most of the paneling covering the seams is bowed. The plumbing also does not drain properly and I am sure this has to do with it not being leveled properly. We were never given a walk through sheet or paper a work to register our appliances. I have family that bought a house from them also and hoped the service would be better.

Edit: 4 days ago they commented and said someone would reach out and still NOTHING.

Edit: 3 months later they have come out and took alot of pictures of the issues and we were told they would be reviewed and a plan put in place to fix everything. No one has been in touch. The contractor they sent out told us it wasn't the worst he had seen... Does not make it not a problem. He did put the cap back in the roof but the floor is still a problem, the house is still not level and I still can't get the door to stay shut. I can't wait to pay this off so I can have a quality company actually do it right when I buy my...
