Ethan Walters is hands down the BEST employee this store has working for them! His knowledge of the products and supplies is excellent. Ethan is always smiling and makes every customer feel welcome. My personal experience in this particular VW store was 5 star due to the fact Ethan Walters handled the entire experience. I will definitely return to this location for my vaping needs! I feel like the only negative I can share of my experience was Ethan had to handle multiple customers at one time and did not have additional staff help there on location (which I have seen this multiple times) however, I will add that Ethan managed and handled each customer with the same exact courtesy and respect individually. Not only do their falsely advertise their salt-nic juice, and refuse to refund an unopened bottle when you see it not five seconds later, but the bigger woman there is the rudest human I’ve ever encountered.
