OEC Japanese Express — Restaurant in Brookhaven

My wife and I are from Texas. My wife and I were looking for a place to eat after a long trip, she suggested OEC, but I wasn't too sure about it. About 20 kids from my school trip came here unannounced, and the hospitality was unbelievably amazing. The single person working the counter was so patient and kind to every single one of us. On top of that everyone from our school loved the food and was so satisfied. One student proceeded to talk about the steak fried rice for the rest night. I've eaten at several Japanese restaurants but never one like this. I ordered hibachi chicken. It was hands downs the worst I ever had. The chicken was grilled with some sauce drizzled over about a third of it. The rice wasn't fried rice at all. It has nothing in it. There was a side of huge boiled carrots.
