Good afternoon I visited your 1045 Ellis Ave, Jackson, MS 39209 location while visiting from Texas. I always make sure the first thing I do when visiting my family is to stop at Krystal’s when I enter Mississippi. I ordered a Krystal’s 12 pack with cheese at the drive thru and asked for no onions due to my daughter and I having a severe allergy. When I received my food, all of the burgers had onions on them. I went inside to ask for a new order with no onions. I was told by an associate that “it’s too bad because all of the burgers are cooked with onions.” I’ve never heard of this before and have always ordered my burgers from Krystal’s with no onions. When I asked for a refund, I was told that a refund couldn’t be given and that I would have to order food to cover what I spent on the previous order. I find this extremely unacceptable. I assume this location doesn’t make fresh food? And why was I not able to receive my money back then? I’ve been a fan of this chain since I was child, but I see I’m going to have to let go of my routine visits. Terrible service and excuses. Read moreSo the other night I came to get food. Went to Burger King, waited 20 minutes and no one took my order. That new drive thru is the stupidest idea that I have ever seen. When the lines back up, people that parked up front are blocked in and this is the handicapped parking. So I just pulled out of line and left there, went to Krystal. There was no one in the restaurant and no one else in line before or after me. I paid at the window and was told to pull up and remember there was no one behind me. It was 25 minutes before they brought my food to me! So today I am going to give Krystal another shot because I do like their patty melt. I pulled in at 207, the car in front of me just pulled out of the line and I think the car before then just decided to pull up to the window to order. It's 215 and the guy just took my order for a patty melt and an apple pie. 0219 told to pull up after I paid. It is now 0242 everybody before me and everybody after me is gone. Still waiting on 1 sandwich and 1 apple pie. 0247pm just got my order 40 minutes later. The little guy that took my order did give me a free fry but this is ridiculous. I know it probably was not his fault but the owners need to come and fix this problem or just get out of Brookhaven. I can get faster service and pay less at the higher end...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I had to return because I wasn't given utensils for my chili fries. Then once I returned I ordered something else and then once at my sister's noticed the entire order was incorrect! I called back and spoke to the acting manager Taylor. She's who I also made complaint to about the young lady in the first visit! On the call I told her I'd return at 9:45 p.m. to pick up the order that would correct the second one. (I am allergic to pickles and mustard) I called when I was about to turn into the parking lot and Taylor informed me they were about to close. She told me that I can return tomorrow.... I interrupted and told her, I live in Vicksburg and was heading home. This is the worst visit I've ever had! No greeting at the ordering board and very rude at the window! I was informed she was new by Taylor as she gave me my second order at the pull down location just above the pick up window. Although. Taylor was helpful. She shouldn't have told me the young lady had had many complaints and may be let go according to her manager... After my call about the incorrect order pick up. I hung up and headed back home to Vicksburg. Disappointed to say the least! I don't like spending money and not getting what I've paid for.
