Sold me a fridge gasket that goes around the door to keep the cold air in. Charged me a$152 dollars for it. I found out after that the gasket online could be purchased for $55.00 dollars. I put it on myself and it did not seal to the fridge. They wanted to charge me $89.00 for a service call whether they could fix it or not. I was told by a friend of mine to soak the gasket in hot water for 10 to l5 mi nutes then put it on the fridge door. It works fine and no service call was needed. My fridge works fine. I give them one star for charging three times the price and then trying to get a service call for somethingsumple to fix. Shame on you Mr. Appliance for your bad business deals.
