Nice newly-remodeled alley. Open bowling was a little awkward - accessing a couple of lanes for a group of seven felt like pulling teeth. We called ahead and were told 9pm for open bowling. Showed up 45 minutes early and said we would wait so we didnât miss the opportunity to bowl. After over an hour and seeing others walk in and get lanes without a reservation, we had to remind staff that we were waiting because they forgot we were there. Found out someone should have taken our name for a list(?) even though we followed the staff instructions and waited for them to come get us in the concession area when our lanes were ready. At least they gained a bit more revenue as a result of our beverage tab while we waited... and I was certainly more relaxed as a result. Super cool interface for games that kids and adults alike enjoyed interacting with - cool projected images and cartoons on the lanes made bowling interesting and a little challenging - in a fun way. Hope they can get a better system in place for open bowling on a busy night. Other than that itâs...
Read moreWe reserved two lanes for a Sunday from 11:30 on until 3 for our soccer team to hang out. We had to be out of our hotel by 11. We knew there was a tournament but that's why I called to ask. The Lanes Facebook page said call and reserve lanes for open bowling. That's what I did. I said we would love to bowl and spend our money at their business....
A member in our party showed up and they were told by staff that "the person's who called shouldn't have taken the reservation." I called and asked about the situation. I was told they couldn't do anything about it and that they could reschedule us for 3pm. Well unfortunately, that left seven families without something to do for four hours in town. I told them we'll spend our money elsewhere. I'm so glad we did. We went to Cubby's instead. Cubby's had a back room with tvs, played the other games on their smart tvs, top notch service and food. We won't patron this business...
Read moreWe haven't been here for a full family bowl day but the kids have been in different times. We paid for an hour and had 2 lanes for 7 people. It cost about $80. I heard prices are steep. We don't bowl enough to know. Tuesdays are half price nights though. We were able to get 2 games in in the hour on both lanes with kids involved. They did give some extra time like 15 mins that we weren't charged for to finish up our 2nd game. The place is clean, lots of options for balls, decent amount for arcade games. We didn't eat any food, but that was open as well. They have a lot of lanes for people to bowl. To start the game, it is all done on a pad device where you choose your bowling look on the screen and edit all the names. We had a lot of fun. The kids can't...
