These condos are very, very nice are located in beautiful Brookline, Massachusetts. I almost bought a place here a few years ago. They have recently undergone a "facelift" and the new construction on the building looks absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of garage parking here, too. The Only drawback is that there are no units that have washer and dryer availability. You must use the public washroom to wash and dry your clothes. I spoke to a woman named Rose on the phone a few times and Rose was very helpful and pleasant at all times and she answered all of my questions about Brook House Condominiums. The people living here are mostly BWH/BI residents, seniors, and Japanese. It is pretty quiet and safe, most of the security team are friendly/accommodating and I never had a problem with packages.
