Brook House Condominium. — Local services in Brookline

These condos are very, very nice are located in beautiful Brookline, Massachusetts. I almost bought a place here a few years ago. They have recently undergone a "facelift" and the new construction on the building looks absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of garage parking here, too. The Only drawback is that there are no units that have washer and dryer availability. You must use the public washroom to wash and dry your clothes. I spoke to a woman named Rose on the phone a few times and Rose was very helpful and pleasant at all times and she answered all of my questions about Brook House Condominiums. I very much appreciated that....

Wish I could give it fewer stars. Mice and Rats in the walls. They literally sealed up a hole made by a rat with the rat still crawling around in the wall.

Condensation from old AC causing wet moldy tiles. They never fix it but just cover it up with new ceiling tiles.

"Special assessment" for "improvements" to who knows what part of the giant complex (clearly nothing to do with us) raising the rent by almost $500 without tenants having any say.

Don't bother paying for a reserved parking space because someone else is always going to be in your spot, and they won't get around to doing anything until the...

I lived here for 3 years as a resident working at BWH. The units are privately owned and vary in terms of the renovations, appliances, etc. My studio was 500 sq ft for 2000/month. The people living here are mostly BWH/BI residents, seniors, and Japanese. It is pretty quiet and safe, most of the security team are friendly/accommodating and I never had a problem with packages. There is not much to do or eat in the immediate area, however Brookline Village T stop and bus stops are all extremely close. There is a decent gym, three tennis courts and a pool.
