We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support we received during a challenging time in our lives. Our teenage daughter is bravely battling cancer, and she needed to undergo a procedure that required multiple visits. This wonderful facility has truly been a blessing for our family.

Being on a limited budget and missing work to care for our daughter, we were incredibly relieved to find this location, just footsteps away from the hospital. The convenience allowed us to focus entirely on our daughter’s needs without the added stress of long commutes or logistical nightmares.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and kindness from the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel supported, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our visits. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help made all the difference in our experience.

Very big yet cozy house, friendly, accommodating staff, amenities for families and a great location just a few blocks from the medical corridor, parks and parkways and a T stop. Our son needed medical treatment and we were grateful to be able to stay here while he was in the hospital. They have a play room with lots of toys, including an entire cast of puppets and props to stage little plays, and even a freezer almost always stocked with popsicles and ice cream. Local organizations cook or bring dinner several times a month, sometimes several nights a week. People there are quite friendly, willing to engage and talk about things or give you space if that's what you need. What an amazing place to have as a resource. The people that work there are always super friendly. It's nice to have a place to stay that's not a hospital! They have everything you could need. A nice and quiet room, many shared bathrooms. There a nice yard with playset for the kids. A huge playroom in the basement plus a media room and laundry room. Plus they always have family style meals to share in their large dining room. The kitchen is big with enough room for at least 2 families to cook at once.
