Unwanted glob material First time that I went to the Longwood Caffe Nero, unfortunately it will be my last. Not sure what was in my coffee (not coffee grind like you'd expect also not to find.) It was a glob of yuck sitting at the bottom of my cup. Not sure where it came from because I ordered a med. black coffee with a little ice so that I can sip on it immediately. Even though I purchased it at the Longwood location, I returned it to the Central Square location, because I was already in route home. Luckily I only swallowed about half of a cup of the medium coffee when I felt something funky on my tongue (not liquid) from inside the cup. That is when I discovered the glob. Well at least I'm going to save me some money... time to make the coffee... at...
Read moreReally terrible! Not sure where the great reputation comes from, but I had a terribly over-sweetened latte that the barista must’ve added sugar to when I explicitly asked not to. Don’t bother asking for light ice, either, as they’ll ignore that, too. There’s only two non-dairy options: almond and soy. And there’s nothing vegan, but merely a vegetarian sandwich here or there.
