I unfortunately went to this location a few days ago and had a horrible experience. Danielle has a nasty attitude and is not helpful in the slightest. It was on of those experiences that linger with you throughout the day and makes you wonder why some people choose customer service as a career. If you don’t like to be nice to human beings maybe don’t choose a job that is customer facing? Maybe don’t choose a job where you don’t wanna answer questions and be of any use? I didn’t come to the store to ruin your day, but you sure ruined mine. And somehow this woman (Danielle) is a manager? How on earth? I won’t be coming to this location again. I will drive out my way to avoid Danielle and her condescending tone and lack of empathy. That woman is a dark cloud. I absolutely LOVE this store!!!!! Great place for adults and kids. They have a little bit of everything at great prices. I bought the skylander game for Xbox one for 5 dollars and a friend of mine bought the exact same game setup at a gaming store for $ 41. . . I have bought some clothes here before as well and even though the sizes run small the quality is pretty good and they are stylish. Went in today @12 pm to return 1 item. Said hello to cashier, says nothing. Enter in my return item, say nothing. Im looking at the swipe card machine, I skip the survey, I see the amount back, cashier says nothing. Im waiting i said do I put my card in. Cashier finally speaks, what did it say?
