My experience was very poor, I felt racial profile . I live not far from this store, usually I shop at macys, I did not have the time to drive to Ridgedale mall that day because I had half an hr to pick my baby up at his daycare, so I jump out of my house not really dress up, I had my hair tied with a black hoodie and black leggings with a slippers and I had a tiny wallet in my jacket. So I walk to the perfume area cuz I love fragrance, the lady that came to assist me was rude and her body language to me was like I wanted to steal, she could highly give me chance to select the fragrance I wanted cause they were locked out, mind you it was just 14 dollars and some cents for each, because she wasnât willing to let me select more fragrance I took only 3, mind you I wanted more, so after I told her I wanted the 3 perfume, I told her to take it to the front ,when Iâm done I will buy it at the checkout, I remember her on the store hand set talking to someone but I wasnât paying attention, apparently she was telling who ever that I wanted to steal or something, from that moment I was watch every section I when to in the store, it was so embarrassing, I had to call my husband on the phone to tell him. I can never go back there. I believe because I was black and wasnât dress up, so she thought I couldnât afford it. lol.. I work in corporate, I dress up everyday. Sometimes people donât feel like looking good. Itâs ok, donât judge the book by its cover. And Iâm not going back the cashier too wasnât friendly. Poor customer service. Burlington next door is...
Read moreHi. I'm Timothy, and I have a concern about dependency to shop at T.J. Maxx.
Yes, I really really love this chain, and I got two favorite locations - this one at Shingle Creek and the other is in Midway, Saint Paul.
I typically find at least one (if not, 12) items that are incredible values. You must have patience though because there are a LOT of items to peruse though, and if you scan too quickly or too often, you are gonna miss out.
Definitely hit the clearance section, usually towards the back of the store. On your way there, use all your strength to not stop by the dozen items that pique your interest but are not clearances. (This is done on purpose, and it's incredibly annoying and genius.)
This is a gamble but it has paid off more often than not, and that is, if you find a product that is not on clearance, put it back and wait. When you come back the next time look for it to my parents area. This works best, when the I know you're interested in has a lot of inventory in the store. The likelihood of it you have a clearance within the next week is very high.
I say you have to have patience because you may not find something on Monday. But Tuesday you find a dozen things. The inventory...
Read moreI enjoy shopping at this location simply because of their convenience and proximity to my home. Despite the fact that it as a little bit of a smaller location compared to the in many other stores, this still have a wide variety of options both for men women and families. Their art décor section is a little small as is Some of the men's clothing options. Despite that the prices are fantastic, the facilities are well cleaned and maintained and the staff that work at this location have been nothing but kind and friendly and helpful to me. One of the other post commented about not being able to find the" high quality brand stuff at a fraction of the price", I can't comment to that as the man selection frequently has designer brand Such as under armor, Ralph Lauren,...
