Well that was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an iHop. Tuesday morning at 1100. No hostess working, people waiting in the front. 80% of the tables were empty but it took 10 minutes to get seated even though at least four waitresses were working. Once seated, a waitress took our drink order. 5 minutes later a different waitress came over to tell us they were out of iced tea, orange juice, and kid cups. We said no issues, ordered our food. Girlfriend tried to order the gluten free pancakes on the menu, but we were told they were out of them. Okay… picked something different. Came back with our food… but they didn’t have our orders of bacon… they apologized, and blamed Ramadan and a food delivery truck being delayed for being out of gluten free pancakes, tea, bacon, and kid cups (it’s July… Ramadan ended in April). Half way through our meal someone started trying to call the front desk. Out of the five people I saw working, nobody picked up the phone. The phone rang for the next two minutes while we ate. The food we got was fine, the 1 star is to reflect that they were missing a bunch of staples from their own menu. Staff seemed overworked, gave a 25% tip to the waitress because she seemed frustrated that they were out of 40% of the things we ordered and I felt bad for her. I’d recommend making the drive to a different location. Store was clean, tables were clean, and food was served hot. To sum it up: - No tea - No bacon - No kids cups - No orange juice - No gluten free pancakes - No hostess - Nobody picking up phones - Assistant Manager was combative about the store being out of food. She blamed Ramadan for a food truck delivery issue, but Ramadan ended two and a half months ago. Corporate should come do a check on this store. They’re damaging your brand.

Stumbled upon this IHOP while in town with my father while he is receiving cancer treatments. He was hungry for IHOP and this was the closest to our hotel. Didn’t read previous reviews until waiting for our food, and honestly feel most are pretty unfair 🤷‍♀️ We arrived and the server was helping another table so one of the cooks let us know someone would be with us shortly. The server came and seated us shortly after, getting our drink order and letting us know about Hoppy Hour specials right away. Our order was taken and food arrived, looking fabulous, quickly. While eating we started hearing the two cooks in the kitchen talking, joking, and frankly just having fun in the kitchen. Louder than I am use to yes, but nothing inappropriate, rude, or offensive, just lively laughter as they started sharing some favorite songs back and forth. Yes, again, we could easily hear the songs they were sharing but again nothing overbearing. More of the feeling you were at a friends house and they were cooking dinner for you. The food was AMAZING!! My dad, who hasn’t had an appetite and often complains food either has a funny after taste or no taste ate 3/4 of his order! I had an omelet that was phenomenal! Our experience was definitely different than I have had at other restaurants, but not bad and frankly once I got past it being something different was enjoyable. Will definitely be back, especially if Demetrius and Gus are back in the kitchen!

They have a great manager. However, their crew is slow, the restaurant is dirty and they seem discombobulated. We waited at the front WAY too long to get a seat. Then, when we finally got a seat, it was dirty. The lady laid a napkin on the water that was on the seat and walked away! What the hell!? Then, a woman came and asked us if we were ready to order. We said no. She walked away without offering us any drinks. The manager came over and took our order. Two other ladies delivered our food without a smile, and we never saw them again. The manager came over and brought our bill because I sat my credit card down on the table. They really need to clean up because there was food all over the floor, the windows were dirty, and the entrance has trash all over the lounge area. The food was great. I was extremely happy with my gluten free pancakes but next time I will go to Keys or Embers.

The service was terrible, the worse service I have ever had will never come back to this ihop. I understood they where busy so I was very nice, polite, and understanding. Then it came to the point we waited about 35-45 minutes for our food to come out. We weren’t advised our food would be out shortly nothing we just sat for 35-45 minutes it wasn’t until I went back towards the kitchen and asked someone then after our food came out. when our food came out we didn’t not receive any condiments till after our third request for them and by that time it was a passing hostess we had to ask. Our waiter did not not come and check on us I also had to ask 3 times for a glass or water. We feel as though we were racially profiled along with any other after African American group that came in. Any group of people that was black/African American had to wait at least 35-45 minutes for their food to come out or even be seated. while as the white couple that was seated AFTER us was served appropriately 30 minutes before us and was waited on properly. The Hispanic couple that was on the left side of us revived drinks, food, and condiments their first 15 minutes of being seated. Now the other black/African American family that sat next to us where seated about 10 minutes before we were and waited 50 minutes for their food to be served. When we spoke with the manager at the cash register she was very rude, tried to argue, and started getting loud. Very unprofessional the worst service ever. When asked if there was something we could do about the bill she said no and wouldn’t take whole bill off advises didn’t ask to take whole bill off just wanted something taken off for the poor service and food quality she began segueing when we tried to explain our poor experience at her store. Then said don’t pay anything just leave when still speaking to her she just walked away. Her name was Miriam. Would not recommend. Highly...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS RESTAURANT! If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I'm not usually one to complain, but the service at this restaurant is atrocious. After giving them three chances to make up for themselves on three different occasions, hoping that I had just caught them on a bad day, I have concluded that the staff at this restaurant are either incompetent, simply just don't care about their job or both. Which is sad, because I usually love ihop with their massive omelets and crepes and this is by far the closest one to my house. Not only did they completely screw up my order on all three occasions, each time I waited for over an hour to get my food, and it was not busy at all. I continued to get passed off from one server to another causing me to have to repeat my order again and again. This time I even tried simply calling ahead to place a to go order; whoever answered the phone said that a server would be right with me. Didn't place me on hold just sat the phone down so I could hear them just chatting in the background instead helping customers. 40min I waited on the phone before I decided to just drive up there. I left the call open on my way just to see if they would ever get back to me. It's now been over an hour and a half, just now getting my food, and yet I am still connected waiting for someone to return. Obviously I have since hung up. Out of curiosity I tried calling them again 2hrs later after venting to a friend and the line was still busy, probably never hung up from my original phone call. I will never come back to this restaurant again. Guess I will just have to find another ihop, and I would recommend to anyone, they should...
