MI-MICHOACANA — Restaurant in Brooklyn Center

In all the times that I have come to this location this has been the worst experience I’ve had here. These 2 guys, march 20 @7:20pm have no idea what they are doing. I ordered 3 things, all of which I had to remind them what it was each time they begun to prepare what I had ordered. Then as my mother and I went to the cashier to pay our total was 26.05 and we handed him $100.10. He gave us back $25! We told him we gave him 100.10 and he proceed a to give us 73.95. We gave him back the change to give us 74.05 and he had me count it for him🤦🏻‍♀️ aside from that I took my receipt and noticed I was over charged for something I never got. And upon letting the dude know he just looked so confused. And having to tell them and sent back what we got I just got frustrated. So I sat down. Then I had to remind them of my last item which they happened to forget yet again. And upon receiving my item he says “y’all good now” that’s when I got rude and told him “it’s not hard to count.” The dam POS shows you exactly how much you’re supposed to return. Either he’s just really slow or severely Lacks of training. My esquite was literally half way, the rest of what I ordered was skimpy too and for the prices that’s honestly bogus. We were looking for ice cream nearby and this shop popped up not even 5 mins from where we were, I’m guessing it’s a new location.

Two professional and friendly young men helped my husband and I with our ice cream choices and sampling. The process was fairly quick.

I liked the mango and chili which was sort of a sorbet type. Very smooth and well balanced tasted like very fresh mango! We parked in the lot by the Michael’s and walked over since the shop is attached to the shopping center.

This place is an absolute gem! But let's talk about the real stars here: the ice cream and agua frescas! Their ice cream is pure bliss - creamy, flavorful, and downright addictive.
