I’ve only been there twice EVER! And both experiences were horrible! I had really bad diarrhea and stomach pains BOTH times. My first time I dined in with 4 other friends and after we made our order they demanded we paid right away because “their system was down and Giving them issues”and wanted to make sure our payments successfully went through before it got “stuck again”. Waitress already came in with weird vibes like she was skeptical or something. We peeped her body language and right away knew why she asked us to pay first before dining in. 20-30 minutes go by &we still haven’t received our order. One of my guests asked a one of the employees and they straight up said “your food is ready we’re just waiting for the payment”. We were floored! But kept it cool! & informed them we already did! Not too long after our food was brought out to our table… we saw a a group behind us who were wayyy more fair skin than we were. One of my guests asked if they paid before placing their order and they told one her No they didn’t have to pay until the end. Asked another couple and they said the same thing! So we peeped game right away! Let me add in our waitresses were RUDDDEEEEE we had two Hispanics ladies that were quick to catch an attitude with us. Idk maybe cause it was busy and they got overstimulated? Anyways, my group was VERYY patient with them.. I had ordered takeout when paying for my order in the beginning and was waiting on it. Nothing arrived even after we got done eating. I was being patient and didn’t want to look any more problematic than how they were already stereotyping us… so at the end of our dinner I asked for my takeout and come to find out THEY NEVER PLACED THE ORDER!!! THEY BILLED ME FOR IT AS SOON AS THEY SAT US DOWN BUT DIDNT PLACE THE ORDER!! I first asked the Asian lady that normally stands at the front and takes menu orders from guests coming in for their takeouts and right off rip she gave me an attitude and practically says it’s not her responsibility to go looking for it and to go ask my waitress. Mind you SHE WAS ALSO ON THE PHONE OUR WHOLE INTERACTION talking in her language and telling me to leave from her and go look for my waitress cause she doesn’t know anything. She barellyyy even acknowledged me.. I got annoyed from her lack of help and walked away looking for my waitress who was behind the bars taking orders. My waitress tells me, AS WELLLL as not looking up and acknowledging her own customer, that I need to go back to the front and discuss it with the receptionist who takes orders for takeouts. I went back to the receptionist who was STILLLLL on her phone having an amazing phone convo while giving EVERY AA that walked through the door (while I was there) .. I told her that my waitress told me to come back to her because SHE’S the one that would receive my takeout. Asian lady snaps on me, saying she doesn’t have it and go back to my waitress and ask her. At this point I’m really irritated so I snapped back at her and told her it would’ve been more beneficial if she got off the phone, cleaned up her CS skills and actually help someone who PAID for both my takeout and dinner at the same time before I even received my order. She rolls her eyes and goes back to doing whatever she was doing which was NOTHING. My waitress was still at the bar taking orders so I reapproached her about it and she still had a stank attitude with me saying “if it’s not there then i don’t know what to tell you. Bc that means there was no payment ”. I snapped right back and told her IVE BEEENNN PAID FOR IT AND IT SHOULDVE BEEN ALREADY DELIVERED TO ME OR PROPERLY COMMUNICATED TO ME THAT IT WILL BE WAITING FOR ME AT THE FRONT WHEN SHE FIRST TOOK MY PAYMENT!! The girl quickly looks up & I pointed to where I was sitting at then she finally apologizes and said she’s going to go have the order started! So we had to wait a little more longer to get my food. 2nd time I went there for takeout, the same receptionist lady was still at the front & didn’t change her bad CS skill. I Never went back!...

It is with great disappointment that I recount the events that transpired, as they not only reflect a complete disregard for customer satisfaction but also raise serious concerns about the safety and integrity of your establishment.
Upon purchasing my usual order from your store, my husband and I promptly stored the food in a cooler and proceeded to drive to Eau Claire. Once we arrived home, we refrigerated the food and wasted no time in consuming it. However, it was during the consumption of the shrimp that I immediately noticed a putrid and rotten smell emanating from it. I must emphasize that I have consumed various types of shrimp in the past, both with and without the head, and have never encountered such a foul-smelling and repugnant taste.
In an effort to address this issue, I promptly contacted your store and spoke with the front desk attendant, Aline. Initially, the conversation began calmly, but as soon as she retrieved my husband's name from the records, her demeanor took an abrupt turn. Aline proceeded to make baseless accusations, insinuating that our complaint was motivated by a previous incident involving an extra sauce request. This unfounded assumption is not only ludicrous but also completely irrelevant to the matter at hand. It is disheartening to be met with such unprofessionalism and a complete lack of empathy.
Aline's behavior escalated to the point where she accused me of lying, raised her voice, and even threatened to quit her job. She went on to claim that the store was closing, all while continuing to berate and yell at me. I find it utterly unacceptable to be subjected to such mistreatment and verbal abuse. As a loyal customer who has consistently recommended your establishment to friends, family, and colleagues, I am appalled by the complete lack of respect and professionalism displayed by your front desk attendant.
Furthermore, Aline's attempt to discredit my complaint by suggesting that I only reported an issue with the shrimp is both unfounded and absurd. The meal I purchased included potatoes, corn, and two clusters, and had I intended to scam your establishment, I would have requested a full refund, not just for the shrimp. Aline's dismissive and offensive remark, insinuating that I should endure food poisoning due to the taste of your shrimp, is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning.
After the distressing encounter with Aline, I felt compelled to call back and seek assistance from another staff member, Mariah, who provided a more helpful and understanding response. However, I am still awaiting a response from the manager regarding this matter.
I must emphasize that the mistreatment I experienced, coupled with the potential health risks associated with consuming spoiled food, is not only unacceptable but also illegal. It is a punishable offense to knowingly provide customers with food that can cause food poisoning and to mistreat them when they raise legitimate concerns. I implore you to take this matter seriously and address it promptly to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
Please be advised that if I suffer any ill effects or food poisoning as a result of consuming the shrimp, despite my efforts to seek resolution and assistance from your establishment, I will not hesitate to consult with my attorney. It is disheartening to contemplate the possibility that countless individuals may have been mistreated and unable to seek recourse due to their circumstances. I sincerely hope that you will take immediate action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in your establishment.

Read moreI dont post reviews but this one was mandatory. I’ve ordered from here before and everything was amazing! This time though it was just disappointing. I ordered almost 200$ worth of food , the captains platter to be specific with a few other things. I ordered at 5:09 pm online , clicked ASAP and waited for the message that my food was ready. 40 minutes passed and i didnt get a single message or email!! i was so confused so i decided to call because last time i ordered, it was ready in 15 minutes! I call and i tell whoever was answering the phone to check my order because it was taking too long. The lady tells me that apparently they called me so i can tell them when to make my order?? I picked asap for a reason, if i wanted them to make it at a certain time i would’ve put “ later”. The funny thing is, i never got a call! Customer service was terrible, the lady then proceeds to tell me they haven’t made it yet because i didnt answer the supposed call. She said it shouldn’t take long because they have to mix in the sauce and what not. Well i get there with my mom , and the same lady from the phone is just staring at my mom sign the receipt for a tip. Me and her weren’t planning to tip since they took too long making our food. The lady then says we still have to wait another 15 or 20 minutes. Mom and i are upset , because we couldn’t believe they were taking this long. We get our food , and some mozzarella sticks ( which came to be 20$) and left.My mom noticed when that asian lady got a call a little before we left , she huffed and answered the phone. that is NOT how you treat customers behind their back. I get home and i look at the tray, there was barely any seasoning let alone the little stew it sits in. It was dry , COLD, the mozzarella sticks were also cold , let alone they were tiny. I bit into a potato and it was cold , not even warm. My family was upset since everything was supposed to be hot but that didn’t happen. If i could rate the food a 0 i would.
