Second time writing a review because I gave them another chance. super unprofessional. owner Tommy is rude rolls his eyes at you and argues with you in front of other customers. I scheduled an appointment for nails brows and toes. I've been coming here for a couple years now and every single time I get the same thing all 3 things EVERY time. today he refused to do my toes because he insisted i never told him I was doing my toes which is FALSE. every other time I come in I need to remind them about my brows because they don't LISTEN to me on the phone. now I have to go somewhere else to do my toes and I will NEVER be back. I use to go there often but stopped due to their prejudice. The last time I went was the worse experience ever. It was Dec. 5th. I waited patiently to get my nails done and a lady walked in to get her nails done 10 mins after me. When Tommy the nail tech was done with his client the lady nail tech told the lady that came after me to sit where Tommy was working at to get her nails done. So he start doing her nails before me. I asked the lady if she had an appointment and she said no. So I confronted them about doing her nails before mine when I was there first and they literally ignored me. I’m new to Minneapolis and I seen great reviews for this location and I wanted to try it out. I called and asked about time they closed and i got confirmation they take walk ins I went to the location walked in. They owner was very rude, told me i never called and they don’t take walk ins because he was the only person there but it was clearly another women there and that who I spoke with.
