Dollar Tree — Local services in Brooklyn Park

The "manager" Robbe I believe his name is, he is awful. First off I waited till 11 again, be is consistently late. Today, while standing in line The red head went out of her way to help a customer look for an item in the back, the goes on the loud speaker telling her to come back up front he had maybe 2 customers in line. I overheard him downgrading the two lady workers. The only reason I am writing this review, is hopefully he starts treating his staff nice. This is the second time now I have heard him argue with his employees. This is not a good look for Dollar Tree. I would never have someone represent my company that speaks to his employees like that. Something needs to be done about this. Otherwise the staff here are amazing, they go out of their way to help me. I'm about ready to never shop at dollar tree ever again, I hate seeing employees getting treated less than. Hopefully something gets done about Robbe. He does not represent Dollar Tree the way...

Went on Thursday afternoon and noticed an older woman standing outside the store. I assumed that the store was closed, and the older woman confirmed that it was. Apparently the store is “closed on Thursdays” but this isn’t updated with the hours listed on Google. I understand times are tough with inflation/lack of workers but this is ridiculous to have people (esp elderly) drive to this location just to find out it’s closed.. you’re better off going to the other BP location if you want a Dollar (+25¢) Tree that’s open😂 just shut down this location already if you can’t even keep it open certain days...

This store has typical dollar store items. Nothing special there. What really makes this place terrible is the staff. They are the rudest, laziest workers of any store I've ever shopped in. There's almost no more than one register open at a time. And when the line get's long, nobody jumps in to open another register. Other workers will just waltz on by. If the current cashier calls out for help. Nobody comes to help her or open another register. You'll be lucky that the one open register will even have someone working at it. You can wait up to 20+ minutes to to check your stuff out. Avoid this...
