I had to bring in my car due to damage done to the front bumper from a collision with what I can only describe as the beefiest raccoon in the Washington metropolitan area. The damage was far greater than I would have expected from running over an innocent woodland critter.

I arrived at the shop a day or two later, and the grim cloud hanging over my conscious lightened in the friendly nature of the office staff. I discussed the situation with an associate, and when it came time to hand my key over, I felt as though I was simply lending my car to a friend or family member.

The same associate called me the next day to update me on their plan of action as well as how long they expected the repairs to take. The car was ready on time and I can't even tell where I struck that bodybuilder...

Simply the best car care experience I have ever had. Jay handled my car insurance damage repair estimate very quickly and efficiently. He made sure that they sourced the highest quality part, noting that there were used parts available in the market but not at the quality necessary for insurance replacement. He was in contact with me again about this part and made me feel super confident that the highest quality work was getting done. I spent maybe 15 minutes in the office in total between drop-off and pickup, maybe 5 minutes on the phone, and that's all it took for me to want to rant and rave about this businesses level of service and quality. These guys are amazing! COVID-19 delayed the completion date on my vehicle but they kept me updated at all times. Someone from Enterprise was already at the location, ready to take me to get a rental which was convenient. The back of my vehicle looked new again, even my 4 year old was excited to see how well Dave’s Collision did! They cleaned the inside of my vehicle for me. They also provided great customer service from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend them!
