I don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this location ever again, on a Wednesday Night just about 20min before they close I was looking for some work paints at this location and found some just in time before they closed and as I was doing a self checkout one of the Managers/Employee came over to me and took my paints out my bag and say it was missing labels when all the labels and tags were present on the paints, the employee said the paints had to cost way more then what was on the tag labeled so he went to go check the paints and the paints were the right price after all, after that happened the employee put the paints back in the bag! It’s the fact it happened after the paints were purchased and im the only black male in there but I’ve been coming to this fleet farm sense I was 10yrs old and buy everything here and to have someone do that to me at self checkout makes me think they were falsely accusing me of stealing or switching tags on the paints by his actions on approaching me in the store in front of everyone, I felt highly embarrassed and profiled, this is a sad generation we live in to approach like that and to come to find out the employee was wrong in the beginning and never apologized to me for what he purposely did, I didn’t wanna cause a scene cause that’s not my character, and I understand you have a job duty to do but the way it was handled was totally random and unprofessional and embarrassing I won’t be coming to this location again!

Plus the paints were $69.99 a piece I spend good hard working money to be profiled like that, that has never happened to me in all the fleet farms I’ve been to but this is the last...

Went in for a simple purchase, single blade razor blades, and ask an employee with a radio if the store sold them, and, if so, where would I locate them. She kept calling some name on her radio, but received no answer. She adjusted and checked her radio over and over with each call. Finally, she asked the if anyone was receiving her message; the answer was yes. Finally, after several more tries, she was told the razor blades were in the paint department.

I thanked her and headed for the paint department. One person was working there and helping a lady. I stood and waited awhile, but he never acknowledged me. I finally searched and found the blades. In the past, I bought small boxes that contained like five blades. My choice in the paint department was a plastic container with like 100 blades, or a plastic scraper with a couple of blades. I took the plastic scraper and, again, found the man who was still with the same lady. I waited, then finally interrupted them and asked if he could answer a question for me. I began to ask my question and he immediately started talking, telling me where I could find razor blades. I inturrupted his talking and asked if he would listen to my question before he started talking. The encounter never improved!

Omg i don't know how this place got over a 1 star rating. Must be the people within the company that's t there doing their ratings cuz everytime i go there or any of my friend do i hear nothing but bad things said about this location. I had ordered a part online at like 11am and ran a couple errands thinking id receive a notice to pick up my order but nope. So I went there anyway figured id shop around, well I tried to find the part myself I even asked one of the kids that worked there where i could locate it...he couldn't even locate it with his little device they carry. I asked another worker where they would be and she snarked at me and gave a condescending response like she was better than me. Ha...ha. I finally located it buried at the back wall in automotive and STILL no email telling me my order was ready, now its 4:30pm. I took the item up to the customer service desk where I finally got through the line and had to explain how i purchased it online and already had paid for it hours ago. Nobody even thought about filling that order there. Had i waited it would probably be a couple days before ii got it. I FINALLY GOT OUT OF THE STORE AT 5PM!
