I used to work here a few years ago when I was in high school. I loved the environment and culture there. The morning staff are great but the night staff was always off and on. I felt that today was the worst experience I had at this tacobell. I went there around 9:30pm and ordered food. After receiving my order, I asked if I could order cinnabons over the counter since they didn’t show up on the kiosk. The manager or shift leader said it should be on there and walked away. I yelled over the counter to tell them that it wasn’t and someone else insisted that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that the cinnabons were on there. I decided to forget about the cinnabons bc it wasn’t a big deal. It seemed pretty busy so I didn’t want to bother more than I had too. I still needed my cups however so I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and help me while I stood at the counter. Nobody came to help. The customer service and management was lackluster. It seems after covid, a lot of the workers dont care about the customers who come inside. The lady behind me also waited 10 minutes before being spoken too. I then decided to get the cups myself, knowing that it may be rude and wrong. I know what it’s like to work at fast food during frustrating times, but there should NEVER be that much neglect to the customers, especially if they aren’t trying to give you an attitude or a harder time than you already have. Read moreThis taco bell location has unfortunately been on a steady downhill spiral for years.
The last time I ate at this location was over three years ago.
I haven't been back to this taco bell location or any other taco bell location for the simple fact that I found chicken bone fragments in my chicken tacos on three different occasions in less than a one year time span.
Everytime I contacted the store during daytime business hours via the phone, the supposed store manager or supervisor more less told me to bad so sad. Which translates to me as we don't give a flying fajita about our customers.
I highly suspect that i should have just called or emailed corporate first.
Now I have learned the hard way that chain of command system at this taco bell location and most likely many other locations is obviously a completely broken system.
Not to mention you can go to a sitdown Mexican american/ Texmex place like Fiesta Cancun or Theresa's and get five times fresher and better meat quality and quantity for way under a dollar more a taco.
It is to bad that taco bell especially this taco bell location has blown it this bad.

Read moreI’m gonna have to edit my last post of 1 stars to 5 stars. Dang, if y’all had more stars I’d give it. My last review was posted on November 29th. I’d posted a review of 1 stars after 4-5 bad experiences with the night staff. But a little over a month later, you guys really started to win me over big time. My girlfriend and I work late, so we come up there late. Usually around 10-11:30pm. We tip every time, unless our service is really bad. However, since this change in staff, our service has been impeccable every single time. We tip because we know we’re coming there late, and we know how that is. I just want to say, we are so grateful for the night staff that’s been up there working late, for the last month and a half. They treat us kindly even when we pull up late. Then when we show our gratitude through tip, they treat us better than most high end restaurants. You guys got a winning night staff, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their service!
