I changed my review from a 5* to a 1* I was there a couple weeks ago and when I walked up to the restaurant there was a note on the door that said inside closed due to short staff.. but I was still able to walk inside following what I found out later was another employee who was being aggressively yelled at by whenever the manager or another employee.. and cursed at for being late.. everyone who was inside could hear it.. a couple minutes after thatthe door was locked from the inside and nobody else could get in or leave without the door being unlocked from the inside.. there were about 15 cups, many fries, chicken nuggets, napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor behind the order counter.. it was literally absolutely disgusting.. the eating area inside the store was very unkept as well.. One employee was wiping the tables while I was waiting to order with a very dirty rag and at this point I was scared I was going to get sick from the burger I was about to order which took about 20 minutes when there was only one person in front of me.. the lady left from the counter and was doing other things while I waited.. they really need some serious help I don't know if this is a franchise or a corporate location but I plan on calling and finding out and reporting this.. never going there again.. thank goodness I didn't sick..I got a ride there from a friend because we have T-Mobile Tuesday and had a free Whopper she didn't...
Read moreThe only reason this store receive 1 star because there is no 0 star rating. This rating was due to my experience with one of the worst manager on duty. I did not see this manager on duty's name, but she was an older black woman. I was new to the whole mobile app order and its process. Instead of quickly explain to me that particular location process, the manager on duty talked to me with degragation, belittlement, demeaned, and threaten to not honor my future mobile app deal all because I did not mention it when I ordered. She was expecting me to have full knowledge of that location's business process when I was a customer, not her employee. It is extremely sad that this Burger location would set its bar so low to hire a manager without proper management skills and let alone basic customer service skills. I would tolerate if only she would at least have some sort of basic human etiquette, such as "treat others the way you would like to be treated." What was sadder was the employee that helped me actually had customer skills. Coming from a background in customer services I under that lunch time is any restaurant's busy time. Cons: Very slow service despite the busy nature of the location, Extremely rude manager, the restaurant itself was disgusting, crew members disorganized and crowded in the front making service slower, drink station was a mess, all garbage cans were completely full to the brim, gave me crap about my legit and not expired coupon, etc, etc, etc.
Back to the manager: while waiting for my order a young boy walked up to the counter saying there was hair in his food. Manager loudly told him that there is no hair and he cant do anything for him. Little boy extremely dejected. Mother comes back and gives manager the business and he denies her putting food out and inspecting for a hair himself. Never in my life have i seen a professional manager pull this kind of stuff and get away with it. I have no doubt in my mind he will be reviewed and demoted if not fired entirely.
