KFC — Restaurant in Brooklyn Park

First visit to this location. It wasn't the best experience. First off, we were told after we ordered and paid, it would be a 30 minute wait for two 2 pc. meals. There were at least a dozen or more parties waiting inside the very tiny dining area which only included a few tables and a counter with stools near the door. Although the staff was doing their best to keeping up with taking orders and calling out completed orders, it was very chaotic and many guests came in and immediately walked out. There should have been two lines designated, one for dining in or taking out and a 2nd line for pickup orders only. The drivethru line was also very long and we wondered if they were giving priority to the customers in the drivethru and we saw many parties inside who were there when we arrived, get their orders after we started eating. Also, there were many orders that were brought back to the counter that were missing items. One customer had driven home and found out there were no biscuits in his order so he called and came back. We were so excited a few weeks back to see this new KFC location. Not sure when it opened but I noticed on the door into the mens room the paint was wearing off already so had to have been open for awhile and we just didn't notice. It is in a very busy location across from Mills Fleet farm and just off of highway 169 so traffic can be tough nearby too. The person Jordi who took our order did a very good job and being polite and efficient and I know he had no control over the orders coming out. Also, as we sat there and watched the guests come back to the counter, we found out they had taken orders for Pot pies when they didn't have any ready as well as the biscuits. I believe this location will hopefully get through their kinks in the future but for now, we will not return as we feel that a 30 minute wait for take out food is not...

Service line was really long but moved pretty gracefully good customer service side dishes were hot macoroni very tasty yet bland and desired much more 3.2 out of 5 Kraft feel and taste yummy! And very fresh ..mashed potatoes hot and tasty 4 out of five delicious the wings were small seasoned very well and pricy 4.2 out of the the regular chicken was a little dry and taste like milk batter on top of old chicken 2 out of 5 plus that was 14$ management is pretty great ! Over all food dosnt go together it was like 4 different yet good gas station foods no harmony just existing I highly recommend they put the same effort into there regular chicken as they do there wings as the wing were a bit in the spicy side but flavor was robust bbq was good as well a little ear wax E taste but overall good 😊 potato wedged delicious 4.5 out of 5 good experience food needs major improvement I’d recommend cub foods grocery store much more harmonious chicken taste much better my total was 30$ gentlemen and the window used a coupon 24$ after I really want to like...

Taste- The classic menu items and sides are palatable. The crispy chicken is very good and freshly made at this location, lots of juice, crunchy and flavorful, downside would be how oily it is, if you prefer light frying then its not a good choice. Sides like mash potatoes and coleslaw are filling and fatty, perhaps uncomfortably so. The biscuit that accompanies many meals is exceptional.

Price- kfc prices have certainly increased over the years. But there the deals and combos are good, and for the portion size it's a good contender for other fast-food chains.

Staff- they're quick and professional. It appears they focus more on the drive through and curbside service than inside.

Atmosphere- its clean and well kept at this Brooklyn park location. Outside the drive through is winding and has narrow turns, and can easily back up into the small parking lot.

Overall it was tasty...
