The customer service at this store is absolutley AMAZING!!! they gave me the wrong ball joints for my 99 tahoe and it messed up my lower control arm which u cant buy new anymore not even from chevrolet. The manager at this store, Miss Mary , she made sure she found me a lower control arm had the store pay for and also paid to have the right ball joint pressed in! I couldnt believe they did all that for even being it was their fault. She was beyond helpfull and didnt everything she possibily could to make things right for me! Like i said AMAZING...

I am a person does disabled has a bad back I asked a man could he check my transmission oil. So I know how much to buy from the store. And he said he can't do it cuz the manager said not to.
