I cannot recommend this business based on my personal experience. I have serious concerns about the owner's behavior, particularly toward women (Domestic V) which I believe reflects poorly on the establishment's values. As a supposed Level 1 Sommelier, I expect a professional environment, and unfortunately, I did not find that here. I also observed what appeared to be alcohol consumption during working hours, which raises questions about compliance with local regulations.
