Subway — Restaurant in Brookshire

The 2 girls, and only people working, did not speak English. They weren't able to answer my questions. I did not order lettuce or spinach because one was brown and the other was either days old or bad. When you point to salt & pepper and oregano, they shake it in one pile on your sandwich, leaving it so salty on about 3 inches of the 6 inches that you can't eat it. One of the girls was on her cell phone while the other rang me up. She was laughing at something on her phone. While the girl is ringing me up, the other girl shows her the phone and they are looking at the phone laughing instead of finishing my transaction.

Seriously, TH E PEOPLE IN THIS COMMUNITY DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS. SUBWAY. THIS IS LOW CLASS SERVICE, LOW CLASS STANDARDS AND POOR QUALITY ALL THE WAY AROUND. And please do mot apologize and end with. Noone wants to work. There are people, OLDER PEOPLE. TRYING TO WORK BUT NOONE WILL HIRE THEM. THE OLDER GENERATION WOULD PUT THESE 2 GIRLS TO SHAME. They would work circles around them. You would not see a cell phone in their hands and all of the food would be fresh the floors would be clean you would have service with a smile regardless of any circumstance or situation and you would have people understanding the language so the communication would not be broken. This young generation of laziness is going to rebuilt the same laziness and they're needing people to take...

On a nice Sunday evening at 5:45pm, i have never seen anyone in my life struggle as much as this one lady did. She couldn't cut bread, destroyed the lower part and I asked to have another and they were out so I choice wheat bread, I'm okay with that accidents happen. But to not know the menu I had to tell her how to make a chicken and bacon ranch melt. She began to check us out after her other employee had to make my sandwich for me and didn't ask if it was to go or dine in. She just left the sandwich there didn't put it in a bag and told me have a great day. At this point I'm already upset and asked to put it in a bag so I can go and she roles her eyes at me. I’ll be really honest, the fact we have two employees who don’t speak a word in English is crazy to me!! The guy working there today was incredibly rude when asking questions about the menu. He was on the phone while the other girl did almost everything. If she’s dating him dump his ass!! Since I seen them both arrive together. Newais I know that not a lot of ppl want this kind of jobs but owners should really get ppl that are actually wanting to serve.
