bn a member for 2 yrs, I think, lol but anyways, I l9ve the environment. The people that come here are not there to just show off or do little young gathering like the ones at other gyms; they are here to wrkout and yes have a good time too. I've been going to Dylan's toning and stretching classes this past month and I live them. He is fun, he gives u a great full body workout.
Last month, July, I started with personal training. Im on a journey wherelo. And another trainer I have enjoyed thru my time at Epic is Richard's bootcamp. Thru all this trainers I have and I'm still learning a lot and if I can't make it to any of their classes, I can go there and get my own routine from what I've learn in their classes. All 3 coaches care for how u do the exercises, they teach u how to do it so u don't hurt urself and they make sure u do it proper to work the right muscle. Having classes like the ones I attend to is part of what keeps me motivated to be at the gym. Im very thankful that my friend Susan introduced me to Epic😍✨️💪😍

Read moreI have been coming to Epic for a bit over a year now. What truly keeps me coming back to this gym is the staff!! You can find a gym with good equipment anywhere, but rarely can you find one that is ran by kindhearted people. The day I signed up Christian, one of the managers, took the time to give me an in-depth tour of the gym. He asked me about my goals in the gym and when I mentioned I had back/neck injuries he showed me some specific machines that would accommodate my limitations, he also provided education on how to use them. The new manager Brady is very kind and informative, he is always willing to answer any questions I have and offer a bubbly conversation as well. Keith one of the staff/trainers genuinely cares for everyone that steps into that gym and it shows. He always provides kind conversation and encouraging affirmations. Chloe, Montana, Cole, Maria, Richard and everyone else on that staff are always warm and welcoming with a smile on their face. I've never met the owner, but I sure hope they appreciate their people! That place is made whole by them. The only thing I would take a quarter of a star off if I could, is the music lately... it has been very loud club style music... Hopefully they find a way to lower the...
Read moreI’ve been part of Epic Health & Fitness in Brooksville for six month—first as a member and now as one of the personal trainers—and it’s hands-down the best gym environment I’ve ever experienced.
Atmosphere: From the moment you walk in you’re hit with upbeat music, friendly faces, and walls lined with motivational quotes that actually fire you up instead of feeling cheesy. The vibe is equal parts serious training and supportive community—everyone pushes each other to be better. Equipment & amenities: Every machine is top-tier and meticulously maintained, plus there’s a dedicated powerlifting zone, turf for functional work, and a pristine sauna for recovery. The 24/7 access means no excuses. People: The front-desk staff remember your name, the cleaning crew keeps everything spotless, and the team of personal trainers (myself included!) genuinely custom-tailor programs rather than giving cookie-cutter plans. Fuel & extras: The self-serve bar blends high-quality protein shakes and stocks solid energy-drink options so you can refuel on the go. Bottom line: Epic isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a true fitness family that makes you look forward to training every single day. Five stars,...
